Would never recommend them to anyone. They are quick to tell you what they offer and schedule your appointment. Then when you point out bubbles and misalignment, they don't want to take accountability. They offer to fix the window that was done poorly or to leave it as is "in lue" of a citation insurance for a year. That covers "coming to your vehicle and removing tint on both front windows for fix it tickets and reapplication of film." Then when I call back to make an appointment to have the window fixed; and ask what's the difference in just removing and replacing both front window tint so they match (due to my vehicle already having tint that they knew of and agreed to tint over.) Which my tint did not have any bubbles prior. They only want to replace one side. All of a sudden they get hostile and deny ever offering any such coverage and that my car was "old, dirty, beat up and not worth their time." Which is funny because the day of the appointment Alonso said my car was in good shape and a classic or something along those lines, in hopes to keep me from wanting them to fix anything. Now they will no longer come and fix anything. I paid for a service to be done and now you want to charge me again for your lack of skill to align film properly. Call me picky or difficult but how can you not see this when doing the job. Alonso and Alison thanks for a mediocre tint job without integrity and horrible customer service. What a joke! Beware and spend your money elsewhere.
