I’ve spent most of my life being emotionally shut down, never really knowing how to open up or even where to begin. Working with Lorna has completely changed that. She is one of the kindest, most compassionate people I’ve ever met, and she has a way of making you feel at ease from the very first conversation. Nothing ever feels rushed or forced – she listens, she genuinely cares, and she understands in a way that feels incredibly grounding. Lorna has walked me through one of the toughest periods of my life, step by step, never judging, always supporting, and gently helping me make sense of things I’d pushed down for years. I can honestly say I’m coming out of this a far better version of myself, and that’s largely down to her patience, insight, and warmth. She’s easy to talk to in a way I didn’t think was possible for me. There’s something truly lovely about her presence, calm, reassuring, and full of empathy and it makes all the difference when you’re trying to open up about things you’ve avoided for so long. Us men really do need to start talking more, and if you’re someone who finds that difficult, Lorna is exactly the sort of person you’d want by your side. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s a wonderful person to work with and an exceptional therapist.

Looking for an empathetic, compassionate therapist then look no further. Lorna comes with a wealth of knowledge available in a calm, tranquil and stunning setting. Her ability to listen with respect and without making judgement meant I felt safe opening up and could move at my own pace. I loved the walk and talk option, Lorna makes it feel like you are out for a walk with a close friend you have known for years. She truly is a sympathetic, kind and passionate therapist
