Very disappointed and frustrated with this company. We were tenants under a lease, and after we vacated the house responsibly and left the property in good condition, they have still not returned our security deposit. It’s been quite some time now, and despite repeated phone calls and messages, there has been no response from their side. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Holding someone’s deposit without any communication or valid reason is not only unfair but also unethical. Future tenants, please be careful before renting from them — once you move out, you might face the same issue trying to get your own money back

This company is a breath of fresh air. It’s almost unheard of to be impressed by a landlord/ property owner when it comes to renting but these guys knock it out of the park. I travel for work and move every 3-6 months often times renting a place while I’m still in the prior location and state. Sight unseen for mid term furnished rentals can be a nightmare. I’ve been working with this company since fall and they have set the bar extremely high. Video tour before I rented (because I wasn’t there to go see it), got the yard landscaped without me asking before I moved in because I have dogs, smooth move in process and payment system. They even went and put a package of mine inside the apartment when I was out of town and the post office made a mistake to make sure it didn’t go missing. They communicate clearly if/ when a contractor etc may need in your unit. And are flexible with managing the needs of the property with the needs of the tenant. I’ve been a renter for 10 years and this is by far my best experience yet. It feels like renting from a from a family friend- not a landlord or property management group.

Been living here for over a year now and it has been great! Management has always been very responsive and just very kind overall. Their online system for tenants is awesome and very easy to use. It’s clear that they care about their tenants and go the extra mile to maintain a comfortable living experience. Holland Management Group has been amazing during my transition back to the Albany NY area from North Carolina for work. They worked with me from a virtual tour to arriving to a beautiful property on a quiet street with amazing helpful neighbors. No matter what was needed during my transition they they were here to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I loved their property it was exactly as shown and described in my search. I would recommend them to everyone if you are in the process of looking for a place to call home. I only wish that they had a home I could rent in the next state I am moving too… Thank you for everything!!!

I didn’t actually rent an apartment from them, but when I was too late to get the unit I wanted they were extremely kind and helped me find a unit with a different management company that fit all my needs (pet friendly, location, price etc). I’ve never had a landlord help me give my business to someone else before and it speaks very highly of their character and integrity that they did so.
