HoldFast is an awesome small business! I started recognizing lots of ants (field and/or carpenter) within a small back room in the garage. I called HF, and a technician was out right away. Even though I've had several visits due to the large size of the colony was so big, the crew came out right away ...usually same day or the next! I have not met a business keeping that kind of schedule. The.technicians, McKinley and Sam, were very kind and respectful, pointing out what was needed to be done and with what treatment to use. A service report was sent as well with each visit. I met the owner, Josh, on a follow-up call, and he represented the epitome of a topnotch service. Extremely kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I like the fact that HF uses environmentally safe products which is also a big plus in my book. The entire crew - from the owners (Josh and Ilana) to the office (Taylor) to the field techs - were amazing and just very helpful, so ready to please their customers. I would highly recommend HoldFast and look forward to continuing my pest control needs with them in the future.

The service is fast and effective.everyone is so polite. They helped us with insects and mice at the old house. Now we are using their service for spiders at the new house. I highly recommend this company.

Holdfast is great! Spiders are a problem for me and my space this time of year and I’m so happy their all natural pet-friendly deterrent is an option that works so well. I worked with Josh who was super friendly and actually invented the product! So cool. Would definitely recommend!!

Josh went beyond what I expected for a first time visit. Complete pest control and they also have a club membership for maintenance. Josh, the owner of this local business was fantastic. Definitely 5 star.. buy local!

Holdfast was absolutely fantastic in their service! Five stars across the board. Really appreciated Sam coming out and going the extra mile to remove some of a previous companies rodent traps for me and making them easy to discard. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but chose to put the customer first. This place should be your go to.

I had a terrible elm seed bug problem that I tried to treat myself for years to no avail. I called HoldFast to come treat my house and they did a fantastic job! I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They were able to eliminate my elm seed problem with only one treatment! I am always happy to recommend a local business and would absolutely suggest them to family and friends struggling with pesky bug problems. Thank you HoldFast!

I was hoping to fix my hobo spider issue, but the "subscription" system plus still seeing lots of spiders inside and out after two treatments made me doubt the company. I liked the idea of environmentally friendly products, but the subscription which translates to $50.00 per month was cost prohibitive and not effective. I am going to have another company do a spray on the outside, and hoping for the best! EEK - Too expensive and scammy contract. The person who came to my house was very nice and communicative however!

Don't use this company. They charged me $12,000 dollars to get the bats out of my ceiling. They came out the first year and put up all kinds of one way traps and blocked holes with caulking that did not match the chinking on my custom log home. They also put up flashing that made my house look trashy. They were supposed to come back in the fall and remove the one way traps but never did. The next spring the bats were back and I called them again. They came back and claimed it was fixed. They plugged up one of my roof vents with caulking instead of using screen and put up more of the flashing making my house look even worse. They never returned in the fall to remove the one way traps. I called them again the next spring as the bats were back in my roof entering from the same places. They told me my warranty was expired and wanted $75.00/month to keep the warranty and it would provide me a 10% discount on new work. He claimed that he is running a business and cannot work for free and they my house is extremely difficult to get to. What a joke my wife drives a Nissan Sentra up our drive way. I did not need new work I needed the original job I hired them for in the first place finished. I did not receive anything for my $12,000 dollars except a devaluation of my house by making it look trashy with the flashing and caulking. I called another company and they came out and looked at the house and said they see where the bats are coming in. They came in this fall and took down all the ugly flashing, removed all the one way traps, covered the caulking with the correct chinking and plugged the holes where the bats are entering. Very professional and timely. They made my house look good again and stated they will warranty their work. And they only charged me $1,100. And said to call immediately if the bats are in the house again next spring. Bottom line is don't use HoldFast Environmental LLC unless you like throwing your money away and like having bats in your ceiling. In reference to the response from the owner. I do not live in Anaconda and I do not live on top of a Mountain. I live in Philipsburg just below Flint Creek Pass and my house is on fairly level ground.

Holdfast’s products work great for us and I love that the interior spray is natural and created by their family team. I feel safe using it around my kids and pets. My only complaint is the subscription cost and commitment. I wish they had a more budget friendly version for the general public that didn’t have such a huge renewal fee. Overall, the service team is very friendly and accommodating. I’m giving 3 stars due to the cost and commitment of the subscription for a simple family home service. Maybe they can come up with an alternative package that will appeal to a small family home audience.
