Hogue Septic Tank & Grease Trap Cleaning

Recently, we had to replace our septic system. They were very responsive to questions and concerns we had regarding the process, We are extremely impressed and thankful for the work they did at our home.

Houge Septic just earned a customer for life. We have a 4-year-old home, and I figured it was time to have our septic tank pumped for the first time. John carefully inspected it, then told me that our tank was in excellent shape and didn't need to be pumped for several more years. I believed him, but he wanted me to see it with my own eyes. He showed me some pictures on his phone of tanks that needed service, and even grabbed a shovel and stuck it down in our tank to demonstrate no resistance at the bottom. I commend John for his honesty and ethical work! Rest assured that no matter the cost, we will rely on Houge the next time we need septic service.

Quoted 30k for a lagoon that was not needed which lost us our sale on our house. I had to call them for a week just for them to get us the quote in the first place. We had 6 other companies come out and see our system and agree nothing was wrong with our septic tank. 3 separate companies quoted 10-17k for a lagoon. Those companies did come look at the land and where to place but did not inspect the system.I had to give those invoices of the 6 companies to the health department to clear out home to be sold. I truly think they saw a home for sale and thought they could make an easy 30k.

We had a very unique situation where our grinder pump tank actually filled back up with water soon after Hogue Septic came to pump it out. I called the owner, Dee and expressed concern that maybe it wasn’t pumped out all the way or correctly by his guys. He was out here the next morning to check on things and make sure things were done right. He helped confirm the problem and showed me that he truly cares about his clients experience. He made sure I was happy and that things were being done right. A great company led by a good person! Thanks Dee!

Absolutely the best service I have come across in any service field. These guys were prompt, professional,experienced, friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done exactly right. Excellent work at fair prices. I'm extremely happy with the services we received from Houge. We had our septic pumped and the main pipe replaced. Josh and Carl did an excellent job on the pipe. I will use Houge again and would recommend them to anyone with a septic!

I called and left a message on Friday of a holiday weekend. Early Monday morning, Bryan called me back. He scheduled one of his technicians to come the very next day to pump my tank. The technician explained to me how and when to clean the overflow filter and told me that the tank appeared to be healthy and working correctly. The chage was very reasonable and well within the ordinary range for this service. I would highly recommend them. They're proud to be #1 in #2.

These guys are the best! My septic tank was backed up and we couldn't put any water down the drain without it backing up in the basement. I called Bryan Friday morning and even though they were super busy, he was able to get it pumped out and flowing again by the end of the day. Overall super professional and go above and beyond to take care of their customers.
