Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at an auto shop. I was traveling across country and really needed support. Jalen was super helpful and worked hard to get my warranty covered. They even went to a dealership to get a part instead of waiting for it to ship since I was on a time crunch.

I had my 2024 RV, Ford transit 350 serviced at HMS. From the employee who answered the phone when I made the appointment, to the person who checked me in, to the person who reviewed with me what was done, they were all very friendly and professional! I appreciated all the pictures and summary of how things looked. I also thought the cost was reasonable. I will definitely be back for regular service!

Done is a very timely manner concerning how busy they always are! My tires weren’t balanced 100 percent after I had them balanced but they took care of me and got them done correctly! If something isn’t right they always take care of it the best possible way they can and I always walk out happy!

These guys are the best around, no question. They can diagnose quickly and accurately, they get OEM parts, or suggest better aftermarket parts when OEM is the problem. They are thorough in their inspections, talk to you like an intelligent person, and explain things in a way you can understand. The repairs are done right the first time, and they are really fast! I have a high end Lexus that I used to take to the dealership for everything- but I've had better results and WAY better pricing since I started taking my car to HMS. I was quoted over $5000 to replace JUST the air suspension on my Lexus at the dealership. I took it to Tim for a second opinion. He found me better aftermarket air suspension, PLUS a new timing belt and water pump, installed all of it in a day, and it all came out to less than $4000. Amazing. I HIGHLY recommend HMS for any repairs you need!

HMS is the only place we go for both Fleet and personal repairs! They have a very professional staff from the front desk to the guy pushing a broom, very thorough with their inspections of your vehicle. No pushing for unnecessary repairs, they present all the findings and the importance of the repair and let you decide. Anyone that asks me if I know a good mechanic/shop, I never hesitate to send them here!

Benji fixed my car and was totally astounding and awesome. Service was exceptional. Thank you. He took the car in, fixed the problem in one day. And checked for other things that made the car run well after fixing. I am very impressed with level of professionalism and speed Benji has.

My engine blew out on my Explorer one year exactly after buying it from CarMax. HMS was the first place I called and Nick was the one who took the call. He explained the whole process, the downsides to this vehicle and kept in touch throughout my whole experience of 7 months with them having my car. It took a little longer due to Ford’s strike, but did get my vehicle 5 months prior than anticipated. All and all the team here is polite, courteous and respectful. Definitely would recommend!

The alignment was mediocre. I've gotten better alignments from other shops. My vehicle was lifted, so I'd recommend not taking a lifted vehicle there.
