I recently had my wife’s lifted truck serviced at HMS Auto & Fleet and after driving it for four weeks, I’m thrilled with the results! The team’s expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. They took the time to understand our needs, offering clear explanations and tailored recommendations for the truck’s lift and performance. The work was completed on time, and the quality exceeded my expectations—smooth handling, perfect alignment, and no issues whatsoever. The staff were friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in ensuring we were happy with the service. THANK YOU FRANKIE.. The shop’s clean, organized setup and transparent pricing added to the positive experience, making it stress-free from start to finish.Driving the truck these past four weeks has been a joy. It performs flawlessly, whether on city streets or off-road trails, and my wife loves how it feels. The confidence I have in their workmanship means I’ll be returning for all future maintenance and upgrades. I highly recommend HMS to anyone seeking top-notch service for their vehicle, especially lifted trucks. Thank you for keeping my wife’s truck in top shape!

Highly recommend these fellas! We bought a new car through Carvana and they were listed under the 100 day warranty for repairs needed. They went above and beyond in my opinion letting us know about another issue they noticed while working on our vehicle. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very informative! Great shop!

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Spent thousands to fix oil leaks on one truck, and a few more thousand to fix another truck that they completely trashed, ended up trading that one in for a 2025 with a warranty after dealing with these guys. Then I went to my shop to pick my other truck up after sitting for two days, and guess what, I see oil drips, and transmission fluid that wasn’t leaking before. Stay clear away from this shop. Not worth the issues. I won’t even take it back for their screw ups, it may magically get worst. I wouldn’t trust getting an oil change here. Was sent here by Hatcher Mobile, which is worst as this place!

Done is a very timely manner concerning how busy they always are! My tires weren’t balanced 100 percent after I had them balanced but they took care of me and got them done correctly! If something isn’t right they always take care of it the best possible way they can and I always walk out happy!

Nelson did an excellent job installing my truck's air bag system. Top marks for work quality, explaining to me how to use it and ideal settings, and explaining things at exactly the right level.

These guys are great! They helped me out a ton and my specific work wasn't cheap but I feel confident that they did a good job. 500 miles after the job was done and everything has been running great since.

Do not trust this company. Stay away, you have been warned. Took my truck in to fix two leaks, when I went to pick up the truck, it was knocking, like it was test drove like a race car. Truck is deleted and tuned, turned up very high for aggressive towing. It was sent to another shop they had told me that they work with. After heated conversation and bad choice words, I still chose to pay them for work completed. I choose not to retaliate, as I love my freedom, but posting this to warn others. It was also inspected for problems, and future issues. Nothing said anything about a knock sound. Shop proceeds to tell me that because it’s deleted, a knock won’t show on their diagnostic, which is pure lies. I understand it now. This not about money buddy.

The long and short is that they were fantastic. They not only fixed my car quickly and at a far more than fair price, but also addressed my misguided theories on the problem without making me feel like and idiot for them. I walked in and told them I was on my may home to Colorado with my family and that my 2008 Outback was shaking violently above 60 MPH. The guy at the front desk (I'm really bad with names but thank you sir) said that the tires might just need balanced. I told him that we had a shop try that last night and the problem was still there. He explained that they use a different method then most shops and simulate the weight of the vehicle while the check the balance. That struck me as unlikely to solve the issue and sounded like a way to charge me again for the same thing that didn't work the last time. After expressing my skepticism on the simple fix, they put the car up on the lift and their Subaru expert took a look. He was friendly and explained that there wasn't any sign of a larger steering or suspension issue and that to him the uneven wear on the tires pointed to them being unbalanced. They did their version of balancing the tires and said they made large adjustments to what they found. The mechanic took it on a test drive at highway speeds and didn't feel any shaking. I was really grateful that they took me in as quickly as they did but still concerned that it couldn't have been so simple. Well, after driving the rest of the way home, sorry for ever doubting you Front Desk Guy. You nailed it straight away. Also thanks to the mechanic, you rock.
