The staff at HM is always informative and easy to work with. Estimates are detailed and include photos which is helpful. They are also flexible with scheduling and suggestions. They are friendly and delightful to work with. Their level of expertise leaves me confident in the performance and reliability and longevity of my vehicles.

This was the first time I received service and was very pleased with the professionalism and customer service. Oftentimes auto mechanics up charge because the customers are not the wiser. Melissa was great updating me and also provided used parts to confirm replacement. She also provided a courtesy vehicle while mine was being repaired. I greatly appreciated this!

I first contacted HM back in November regarding a transmission flush and valve cover gasket on my SRT. They answered every question I asked and the Pricing was fair. Recently just had them do oil and a battery replacement. Quality work, great customer service and fair pricing

In the very complicated world of where to go for auto repair and maintenance, it comes down to trust and integrity. That’s what Melissa and this shop are all about. It’s a fact that Quality does not come cheap in any industry. That said, what I do expect when I spend my hard earned money, is skilled professional service and a great customer experience. You guys get it, you just got a customer for life! Thanks!

I called a bunch of shops because my Tundra had gotten mice in the fuse box area and had chewed through wires going into the harness. I had one shop look at it and they said it needed a whole new harness and fuse box for a $6,000 repair. The other shops I called wouldn’t touch it but Raquel said they would look at it no problem. I had my Tundra towed to them over the weekend and they looked at it Monday and said they located the mouse nest and it looks like they got a hold of 5 wires. They said it would be an hour to repair those wires and see if that fixed the no start problem. Well it did fix the problem and for short money I picked my Tundra up and it is running great with no lights! In my experience most shops would have made this into a bigger problem but they were honest and straight forward. Take it from someone that has been in the car business most of my life. You can trust these guys! Thanks everyone at HM!

This place is clearly all about money. I went in for oil change and asked for my exhaust to be checked to only wait for over an hour and they came out with over $6000 of repairs. Let me just give one example ...like battery replacement which i dont need yet but they said its at 69% so they recommend changing for just a simple $400..mind you i can get my battery under 200 and get it installed for free. They quoted my breaks for over $500 for front and o er $500 for back to fix. I have had mine repaird for no more than 400 for front and back . They gave me (curtesy inspection) when I didn't ask for it i will never visit this place again. I have a mechanic that i normally go to and ill make sure to stick with that one you. This place should be ashamed!!!

I had my 2014 328d xDrive with 120K miles in for an oil change and main headlight connector repair. The former simple and cheap at H&M. The latter also simple, but beware. Even though I told them the connector was damaged beyond repair they required a $200 diagnosis fee. Then they quoted me $1050 to repair by replacing the entire headlight assembly. $550 for part ($200 retail for that part btw) and $500 additional labor. I told them to explore other options. They came back with $380 to splice in a new connector and include new bulbs I did not need (current bulb and spares provided by me already). Funny the diagnosis didn’t see the bulbs were good or factor in the spare I mentioned to the service writer. I declined.their ‘cheap option’ for my 11 y/o car with 120K miles. Other services inquired about were similarly overpriced. I collected my car paid them for oil change and gave them 50% for the unnecessary diagnostic fee. Like many other repairs I could do this myself but I was looking for a shop that was fair so I didn’t have to bother sourcing the connector and spending my time ( 45m total to pull the tire off, splice the $15 connector in with new protective covering and close it all up). I am not saying H&M is atypical. This unnecessary flawed diagnosing, overkill approach with big mark up and heavy labor charges are everywhere. The connector only got so bad because the last shop ( Tulley and Precision Auto) didn’t want to fix the connector when it was starting to deteriorate. If you don’t care how much you spend, peace. These people are nice and available. If you want to keep expenses low on an older vehicle be careful and consider UBS of Nashua might be a better option.

Would give it a 20 if I could. Couldn't get veh out of park. Got it diagnosed with easy to understand language. Got a very detailed list of items that need doing with full explanations. Definitely live up to the ad on radio that says honest mechanic.
