Hong was very customer focus and very thorough with explaining his products and addressing concerns I had. As for the installation, Hong and his team were on schedule and well organised during the installation, the whole process went smoothly without any issues on the day and with minimum mess! Stay away from HK Shutters if you’re looking for roller shutters. The product quality and service have been awful. We’ve had issues almost every second day, and it hasn’t even been a year since installation. That’s completely unacceptable for something that’s meant to last for years. On top of that, the electrical work is terrible. The shutters are causing power trips in parts of our house, which is both dangerous and infuriating. This isn’t just poor workmanship—it’s a serious safety and reliability issue. Dealing with Hong and their team has been just as bad: flaky, unresponsive, and irresponsible when it comes to fixing their own work. Getting anything resolved is a constant battle, with excuses instead of accountability. What should have been a straightforward home upgrade has turned into a daily headache. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—look elsewhere!
