I had such a positive experience with Hitched Towing. From the moment I called, everything felt easy and stress-free. Nina was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in explaining the services I needed and made sure I understood every step of the process. Her pricing was very reasonable, and I truly appreciated her honesty and transparency. On top of that, she was such a friendly and kind person, which made a stressful situation so much better. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people, but Nina definitely does. I highly recommend Hitched Towing for anyone in need of reliable and professional service!

I had the pleasure of having Andre as my tow truck driver. He had amazing communication, arrived at the time he advised, and just provided all around amazing service. My insurance covered the tow so I’m unsure of pricing but if you want a driver that won’t have you sitting around wondering where he is and gets the job done Andre is your guy! Thanks again for your help!

I flew in to visit my sister for one day. Neither of our parents are in the states, and she had worked night shift as a nurse for thanksgiving. Stopped by so she could celebrate at least for one night (day after Thanksgiving) before she had to leave for another shift. Left a rental in front of my sister’s complex (in the complex’s lot) only to find it gone within hours. I get it that they’re doing their job and people need the money, but wow. What a way to end the holiday…

I hope Nina and this company finds comfort in ruining people's lives. Absolutely awful. This company is disrespectful and has no right being in business. Extremely rude, charged me $200 to "drop" my car from being towed on a snowy street during a snow storm. The company is well below ZERO stars.

Car was towed from an establishment parking lot, the number isn’t answering and the location listed to retrieve my vehicle is not an active location it states permanently closed down! I made a police report and at this point my car is stolen.

Called for pricing information on getting my key out of my car. I was merely surprised by the price they gave me and was quiet on the phone for a moment to think. The woman on the phone developed a nasty attitude and literally told me “if you don’t like it, call someone else” I was only thinking for a moment on whether or not to use their services but that statement was uncalled for and I immediately hung up the phone and called another company. A good guest service person can really make or break the business.

This place deserves less than one star. They towed from my apartment complex despite the car having a valid temporary parking pass and when discussing this with my landlord I was informed that the towing company made up a rule about the pass being invalid due to a change in color after October 1st. They claimed the parking pass was invalid due to a change in color which was simply not true. When trying to retrieve the car, they would not return it to us due to the car being registered under a parent’s name and not the driver’s and refused to return it to anyone except the person the car was registered under (who was 6+ hours away with no intention of coming to retrieve the car). This was not the case less than 2 months ago, with them returning the car to us with email confirmation from the person the car was registered under. The woman handling this was rude and dismissive claiming this new policy was enforced by a manager and when I asked when this policy changed given I had been there so recently and she claimed it had happened since I was last there (within the last month, month and a half, no real answer). The manager was also said to “be on vacation” during this whole ordeal, so the rude employee was rendered useless and seemed to have no intention of helping us. In order to retrieve the car, we had to get a form notarized confirming legally we can take the car from the lot, forcing us to leave the car there and pay the excessive overnight fees which the rude employee told us would be $5.63 a night but when looking at the receipt, the 2 nights stayed at the lot added up to an extra $90 on top of the $175 towing expense. Now that we finally have the car, the brakes are making a clanging sound every time they are used and the ABS and traction lights have lit up which were not happening before the car getting towed which is causing some concern that now they have damaged the car in some way. I can confidently say I have never interacted with a more shady business and worse customer service. This place needs to be investigated.

This Place is crazy bro. I called the lady asked what time they open she said “ 9am but I’m at the bank right now”. She’s stating she’s at the bank at 9:30am but they open at 9am while I wait for my car that they’ve towed over three times already from my apartment building.They’re just unprofessional and should be closed down, if you’re going to take people’s cars at least have the decency to pick up the phone when they call or bare minimum have the gate open on time. Do better. ( Had to edit, just look at the their reply to my review lol, my Point you guys are not professional.)

This place was absolutely amazing they had me in and out the lady that took care of me was also very polite! If your car gets towed here just know they will work with you to get it out :)
