I had no WiFi connection for 3 weeks, which was really frustrating, and they came to the rescue and quickly settled all my fibre optic cable issues. Their service was excellent—fast, efficient, and professional. The pricing was very reasonable, which I really appreciated. Both father and son were incredibly friendly, and the son’s sunny smile brightened the whole experience. Among all the technicians I've been through, Hingtel Wiring was by far the best and the most helpful one. They've successfully helped with reconnecting my fibre cable when most technicians we've hired couldn't. They also make for very good consultants as they were very friendly, which made conversations and discussions enjoyable. A professional team of a father and son duo. Very transparent, good and technical in their approach. Cleared up my fibre wire issues that was accidentally cut during a house renovation. They visited my house a day after I contacted them which is super fast. Super friendly and very efficient and they provide fair pricing for their good work. I would give 6 stars, if possible, for Hingtel's services rendered, with no Internet for several days over a long weekend was a horrible experience. Hingtel came on time as per appointment, get to work immediately, physically checking the fibre optics on my roof with no hesitations. They advised me on their solutions and they set to work with great care and precision. After service was equally good, thanks Ethen for responding to my call. The Chais are a great team with great attitude. Thank you for sorting out my Internet issues, I truly appreciate your help.

Their service is super excellent, they check properly from riser room to my unit, patiently communicate with the management officer since my unit is under warranty. And even follow up although the problem end up was confirmed is problem from management side. Highly recommend!!!finally my wifi is done🌹tq

There was an issue with the fiber optic cable at my new apartment, which would take 3-4 weeks to rectify if I went through the building's management office. Bring in Hingtel. I found them on Google, a very quick and painless WhatsApp chat + phone call later, they came over on time as promised, tested the wiring in the unit, riser and MDF, and fixed the problem in no time! There was no upsell or bad practices, just quick and efficient service. Being new to KL, I was grateful we could communicate easily in English. They also offered good advice, explained the issue and what they were doing, and we joked around and shared many laughs as well. All in all, amazing quality and punctual service, cheaper than others, and a lovely team to work with! I highly recommend them and would reach out again with no hesitation.
