The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient at his job. We originally hired a plumber to Come and install a dishwasher and it was not done very professional , so the Hillside technician Mark came out and installed it correctly. Would deffinately recommend and will use again if needed for a different appliance.

Johnathan came to check and repair washer, he was polite and professional. When done he explained thoroughly, the problem and solution. He also found something else when he moved washer away from wall that may have been preventing proper drainage for washer. Johnathan Rocks! Thank you

Easy to call and schedule a repair of a freezer and dishwasher. Liked that Hillside is locally owned. Saul was on time, listened to our concerns, and quickly resolved the problems. We appreciated the guidance on items to monitor and the reasonably priced service. Bravo and thank you Hillside!

Sadly not a company I will call on again. Put in a request over internet stating I needed new gaskets on dishwasher. Stated there was no model number on dishwasher (otherwise, i would have replaced myself). Dispatcher called and made an appt and I again stated that there was no model number. She stated that it wouldn't be a problem that they would take a look when they got here and would be able to take care of it. We talked about the fee and they would also clean the machine. Tech showed up, showed him where the leak was coming from, he took lots of pictures and then took the seals and gaskets out and went to part store. He then called me and stated that there was 30 different types of dishwasher and they couldn't figure out which one of thr seals matched without buying them and opening each one to compare. I asked what my options were and he said he would be back and put the seals back in, he said he would call the office and have someone call me to discuss. He got back to my home 15 mins later, apparently the management couldn't be bothered to call me to discuss and the tech just told me, I didn't have options. I would have to buy a new dishwasher. I was obviously upset and told him a few times, I knew it wasn't him. I asked if I would be expected to pay even though I stated clearly that I didn't know the model number, he said yes. He put the seals back in and found a new leak. Then left after I mentioned that wasn't there before. I tried calling the "woman owned" owner to request a refund, and the person that answered stated that HE would get back to me between 11 and noon when HE got back in. (not woman owned like stated on website). He never bothered to call back. Pretty disappointed on multiple levels. Had they told me they couldn't guarantee a fit without a model number, I wouldn't have wasted thier time or mine or my money.

We have used hillside appliances multiple tomes. They were a pleasure to work with and did a great job. Saul is excellent and really knows about appliance!!

My true refrigerator was giving off a chemical/burning smell and I was concerned it was a fire hazard . I really needed to get someone out to look at it ASAP. I called Hillside Appliance Service and they were able to fit me in . Mark came out and spent 2 hours cleaning my 20 year old refrig and provided a diagnosis based on whether the temp of my refrig will run at above 40° or below 40°. I have purchased a refrig thermometer to determine that and will report back with what I find for our next step . I am so grateful for the outstanding service when I called for an appointment and also how much time Mark spent determining what might be the issue . I would give 10 stars if I could . You just don’t find businesses like this anymore . AND ….. I live in Phoenix and they are located in Mesa so they were even willing to drive to downtown Phoenix !!! I highly recommend Hillside Appliance Service!!!!

Adam was great! Albeit a bit late, he was friendly, knowledgable and explained everything. I would definitely recommend him as well as Hillside Appliance...been using them for over eight years and always happy with their service and dedication.

I was very pleased with Hillside Appliance Repair. Very prompt service, friendly and helpful. Glad they were able to repair my dryer . I will keep them in my contacts for the future.

I had two installers on site, on time, who knew what they were doing. They made sure it was done correctly and working properly before leaving. Would definitely uae them again.

I am very pleased with this company. They got to my home promptly. The technician was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Not only did he give me expert advice. I already have a new dryer set up! I will defenantly recommend this company for anyone who needs a dryer. The price was very reasonable for the dryer. I got hooked up by Johnathan. The technician. Thnx for leading me in the right direction to get my dryer tested and a new one installed. Thnx again Penny Ballesteros
