Hill's Roadside Assistance/Mobile Tire

Mike was awesome he came to replace a tire on my truck and was done in under 15 minutes. He is a really nice guy and understands what people are going through. Will definetly be using him for all future tire needs.

Mr.Hill was great from beginning to end. He was patience and very knowledgeable. I called early in the morning and he answered quickly and was able to come to my residence with a tire replacement after the original and donut tire both went bad. I will be calling him again for any of my car repairs.

I called Mike from Hills roadside assistance to help because an older gentlemen had a pretty bad tire blow out. Mike came took the old tire off that was nearly to the Rim. And replaced it with a new tire without using the traditional tools a tire shop would need to get the job done. He got there within 40 mins and had the tire on and pumped up with 10 mins. If you have any roadside assistance needs call this company. They are professional and care about your personal safety. Mike was very generous with helping the older gentleman which gave him more hope for society. If I ever need a tire change Mike will from hills roadside will be the first on my list to call.

My daughter got stranded on the side of the road while driving through Macon. I called and Mike was there within 20 mins just as promised! Had her back on the road safely in no time!! Excellent friendly, fast, reliable service!!

Great service always does a good job. Keeps you informed on when he will arrive and sends before and after pictures to verify. I’ve used Hill’s Roadside on three different occasions and have not been disappointed any time. He’s my go to guy I recommend him 10 out of 10 times.

So I locked myself out today, this was the top one listed with great reviews. Mr. Hill was just that. He was efficient, nice, and went above what I could ask. With the battery being dead, it locked the keys into the ignition. We had to go through my backseat to access my trunk to get to my battery. It wouldn’t jump from under the hood. The connection was poor. Even with all of this, he didn’t try to increase the price. If it happens again when I’m in the Macon area, he’ll be my first call for sure.

This company is amazing, I called them because i thought I had a blow out, turns out it was a tire rod issue. He stayed with me on the side of the road and called around until he found us a tow truck. You don’t find good people like this.

Notification at 8Am from my app low tire, checked it found a nail around 830 and Tire was fixed by 11. Absolutely best service efficient and fair pricing. I would recommend this shop anytime to anyone. Thank you.
