Hikari Window Cleaning

With all the rain we’ve had in Vacaville, I needed my gutters cleared asap! It was easy to get in touch with Hikari and get scheduled for gutter cleaning. Initially, I also inquired about debris removal for the roof. However, during our service, no debris was found on the roof so I was only charged for a standard cleaning! Talk about integrity. Everything went great. Jacob was fast, professional, friendly, and kindly called before and after service so as to not wake my kids. Will use Hikari again for our gutter needs!

They cleaned our gutters very well! They are reliable they came on time. They did a great job. They showed me the before and after pictures. They took good care of me, they delivered what they promised with care and careful attention.

***UPDATING JULY 2025*** Was previously dealing with pigeons on our roof and after our pest control found a nest, we decided to reach out to Hikari Window Cleaning after seeing they also have a pigeon barrier service. They came and installed the barrier, as well as cleaned our solar panels- all at an affordable price! Previous quotes from others were at least 5x more than what Hikari Window Cleaning quoted us. They sent photos when they were done & loved the turnout. Currently have a family member dealing with the same issue, and have referred them; you can definitely count on Samantha, Mikey, Jakob- the whole team & their services have been nothing but great Original review (July 2024): Starting from sending an inquiry (after hours,) Samantha was on the ball; she called me the following morning and scheduled a service. They were very good with communicating, sending reminders, etc. Since moving to our home almost two years ago, we’ve never had our solar panels cleaned nor do we think the previous owners have. Jakob was able to come and clean our panels even though we weren’t home and he sent before and after photos once he was done. Hikari Window cleaning service cleaned both my solar panels and gutters. They communicated very well and were very professional. The before and after photos of the service confirmed their completion and I was satisfied with the work. When in need of service in the future I would look to continue with them.

Mike the owner was so easy to talk to, very knowledgeable of his scope of service, SUPER professional and pleasant to have a conversation with about inquiries and updates of the job. Jakob - one of his staff members was one of a kind ! He was amazing. He shows confidence on the step by step tasks of each service. We had all DELUXE on their menu from cleaning our gutters and putting a protective barrier on our the solar system, washing our house, all our windows and replaced all screens that needed to be changed. It took them 3 days. Their other helper came on day 3 -Mack from McGarry Window cleaning, came to the rescue with the same demeanor as the whole team. Sam the wife of Mike who does all the office work made sure scheduling and billing was executed properly. Thank you so much for the professional service and FABULOUS work! What professional!! Cannot say enough good things about Hikari Window Cleaning. Mike and Jakob installed gutter guard at a very competitive/reasonable price. Single story home took 1 1/2 hours, which included thoroughly cleaning and testing gutter, then installing all stainless steel gutter guard, using sheet metal screws every 2 feet. Showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, showed pictures of before, after installation. Highly recommend Hikari!!!

We were super happy with the service. Jacob is very professional, kind and detail oriented. We had the exterior and interior done as well as the screens and tracks. They even were flexible enough to repair one screen on site (used daily). While the remaining screens are in for rescreening. Would recommend Hikari - hands down. Could not be more thrilled. Thank you
