I live far away Mike helped install a new HVAC system for my father who is elderly and disabled. He communicated well throughout the process. Price was much more reasonable than other estimates. He was quick to respond and had the system up and running in less than a day. After the install my father had some questions and Mike responded right away and said he had the part ordered already. His company installed a Carrier heat pump system that is awesome. The installers knowledge blew me away because the new systems have gotten a lot more advanced. Emmett and TJ were outstanding. The owner, Mike, was exceptionally accommodating and knowledgeable, making the process seamless for my 82‑year‑old mother while coordinating everything with me out of state in Texas. The only area that could be improved was the experience when calling in and speaking with the female staff during the scheduling process. However, the quality of the installation and the professionalism of the team still make this a five‑star experience. We also appreciated the 0% financing for 25 months, which was an added bonus. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of heating services.

We had just purchased our new home and found out the heat/ac was not working. Saw several billboards for High Tech so did a google search. They had great reviews and for good reason. Called Mike this morning and he said he would have someone this afternoon stop over. TJ made it over this afternoon and was fantastic. Had us diagnosed in a few minutes and fixed the problem just as fast. He went above and beyond with assurance we were in great working condition. We immediately asked for a seasonal membership. Reliable, Professional and Friendly. TJ came out and fixed my issue quickly and professionally. How that the unit has been installed here comes the issues. Once the temperature has been reached in my home the unit goes into Auxiliary mode. We have replaced the thermostat so thats not the issue. I have never encountered this issue until they installed this carrier unit outside. Max came out on January 27th stating he found the issue and he would get back with me, it's now February 22nd and I'm still waiting. This has caused my light bill to increase because it's always running in auxiliary mode. At this point I don't know what else could be done about this. I am waiting to see what I experience when I have to turn the air on. Will there be issues? Would I recommend this company probably not because it seems like the workers doesn't know what is really going on with a unit they provide.

TJ was polite & worked quickly to get our unit up & running. All work & materials were under warranty. We are very happy with High Tech Heating & Air.
