Their staff is rude, careless, and completely unresponsive. You’ll call — they won’t pick up. You’ll message — they won’t reply. There’s zero communication, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. Even after countless requests, they refused to deliver the bike home. You end up wasting your time, money, and patience — and then have to pick up the vehicle yourself.
