Selected Highmark to replace my water heater based on other recommendations from this site. My experience was the same - Tucker and Tyler were professional, respectful, and responsive. Pleased to have someone locally I can depend on to do good work at a reasonable price.

I consider myself a bit of a DIY plumber,but this time I was in over my head. I attempted a repair, failed, and then tried again the next day only to discover a whole new problem I hadn't even anticipated. After two days of complete frustration, I finally gave up and called the professionals. I called Highmark Plumbing Services in Ringgold, and I'm so glad I did. Even though it was the middle of the day, their 24/7 availability showed they were ready to help. They promised to be there as soon as possible, and true to their word, they were at my door in just 20 minutes! I was blown away not only by their speed but also by their efficiency. They quickly diagnosed the issue I had created and fixed it in no time. They were extremely professional and used all the latest modern equipment. I cannot recommend Highmark Plumbing highly enough. If you're in the North Georgia or Chattanooga area and need a plumber, do yourself a favor and call them first. You'll save yourself the headache I went through!

Tucker at Highmark plumbing is everything you want in a plumber. I had a draining issue that a previous well-known company came out to fix and they improved it but didn't fully resolve it. The water still drained slower than it should and in just a few months the problem was back. Tucker not only resolved the immediate problem more successfully but he also investigated and found that I need a new drainage line. I had an expectation of what the quote might be and I was surprised to see that it was not quite half of what I expected. Tucker is prompt, courteous, efficient, reasonably priced, and he cleans up after himself. From now on, he is my guy.

We called and Tucker was here within 20 minutes to fix a major water leak! He is very precise and fixed our leak very quickly! He is very knowledgeable so much so that we asked him to come back and complete some other repairs we need completed! Very satisfied with his work

Tucker was amazing. He called before he came and fixed my clogged sink and spent time with me as I showed him some other leaks. He went under my house and found a leak that could have lead to mildew issues later. He is very nice and stays in contact with you with his coming and his leaving. I will use him for my plumping needs when needed and I will recommend him to others.

I highly recommend Tucker with Highmark plumbing. I had another company come out to give me a quote to install a gas line to connect to the existing line I already have, for a new stove into the kitchen. The company I called was extremely dishonest and tried to sell me things I did not need. I found Highmark through the Internet and was extremely pleased with the service I received from Tucker. His quote came in almost half of what the first company was going to charge me. He did not try to sell me things I did not need. I recommend Tucker for any of your plumbing needs.

High Mark Plumbing just completed repairing a water line break located between the meter and our house. Tucker was responsive and able to troubleshoot our problem. He quickly formulated a plan to locate the line and repair. Tucker was punctual, efficient and communicated throughout the entire job. His respectful approach combined with his integrity and diligence made a stressful situation for our family much more manageable. Two days before Thanksgiving a shower valve blew in my house. I called Highmark that evening, they were out the next day, fixed it perfectly, and, according to another plumber I know, was cheaper than he would have been. Very professional, very friendly. I can’t recommend these guys enough!
