My old garage door got stuck, I called High Touch Garage Door based on research on various internet resources as well as reviewing reviews The dispatcher who took my call was very pleasant and calm. I was a bit roughed because afraid of rain coming into garage. Roy came to do the free inspection in an hour! That was very much appreciated. I told him I don’t trust the old opener and wanted a new one. He had a few different new garage door openers in his truck and gave me some choices right on the spot. I got the Chamberlain with Wi-Fi and belt driven. I also asked him to upgrade the springs and cables.my previous experiences is when a spring breaks it is a mess to get the door up and down. Roy was quick, friendly, very knowledgeable! He told me I could try to fix the old one but it would likely to break down again. I park my cars in the garage and need it to work many times during each day. I compared prices on the internet as he quoted them and got a good deal. Woke up this morning and my garage door opened a few feet and cable snapped and my door got stuck. Would not go up or down any further so I was stuck. Did a yelp request and Roy called me immediately and told me he was able to come out to inspect what went wrong and diagnose. When he got here it was straight forward and got my door fixed in 20 minutes. Great professional work.

We had an issue with our garage door falling off the tracks and couldn’t get it open at all. Roy came with an hour of our call and was clearly knowledgeable and he explained everything to us. He really went above and beyond when he climbed in through a side window to open the garage from inside and fix it. Everything was all done within 20 minutes.
