Our usual plumber was unavailable when our hot water system stopped working, so he recommended Nate. (When your plumber recommends another plumber you know they must be good). Nate came out that same day, gave an honest and reasonable quote, and was able to get our hot water back on quickly. He didn't try to 'upsell' us to buy a new system, he was able to repair the existing one. Nate was friendly, polite and very professional. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing a quick response.

Nate and Tim are legends. They did a hot water system conversion for me. They took the time to show me how and why they were fitting the systems they chose, so now I know that much more about my own home. Top blokes who run a genuine local business. Highly recommend Nathan after contacting him due to a leak we had under our laundry sink (wasn't aware it was a filtration system) He was able to tell me how to stop the leak till he could get there. He was able to get there the next day, provide a quote and fully replace the system, and explain when and how to replace the cartridges. Very professional service and we've now found someone for any future plumbing and gas needs.

I thoroughly recommend Nathan and his team. I thought I had and under ground water leak and Nathan responded to my call for help within 5 minutes and was on my door step 30 minutes later. He diagnosed the issue and it appears the water is coming from a neighbour. He did not charge me for the service! - it is very rare you would have a trades person do such a thing when he was more than entitled to charge me a service fee. Thanks Nathan!
