Wow! Erwin was absolutely amazing! It’s been a very long time since we’ve had someone with such professionalism and integrity work on any of our home appliances. There are no words to describe what a great job this young man did repairing our LG refrigerator. He knew his stuff in his sleep. He was so knowledgeable. I could go on and on, but you get the point.

Fabulous service! Erwin was very kind and helpful. He repaired my washer as soon as the parts came in. His work was thorough, and he was friendly and great to work with. He also gave me tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. Really appreciate it!

I would give Erwin 6 stars if I could! I was told by another appliance repair company that my 3 year old, speed queen was a lemon and needed a new timer and suspension and to replace the washer. Glad I called Erwin. He diagnosed my washer. It didn't need a timer and the washer doesn't have a suspension. Saved me a lot of $! Thank you, Erwin!

I have a Samsung washing machine and for some reason it wouldn’t complete a full cycle. My washing machine is not that old either. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. Erwin was great and was very professional. Had all the tools that was needed to fix my washing machine. He definitely knew what he was doing. He was able to fix my washing machine with no issues and had it up and running in no time. Definitely will use his service again for future appliance repairs if needed. Highly recommend

Erwin is the best! Talked to me over the phone about my problem and came prepared with parts the next day. He was polite, efficient and thorough. The issue was quickly solved, and the price was reasonable.

I called this company and my call was answered immediately. Spoke directly to the service person who is also the owner and told him my washingq machine wasn’t working. I was able to make an appointment for the very next morning. Service man arrived on time checked my washing machine and in no time determined what needed to be done, gave me a price which included the per trip charge. I was very satisfied so I told him to fix it. He went back to his shop picked up the part returned and fixed it. I am so satisfied with this company. Reasonable price, speedy repair and courteous treatment. Would call him back again if I need a repair for it any of my appliances.

Very professional and prompt. I was lucky enough to get same day service on my refrigerator. I needed a part and the technician Erwin was able to get it and finish repair same day instead of me being without a refrigerator all weekend. Well worth every penny I spent.
