The technician fixed the springs quickly and did a full diagnostic check on the rest of the door. My garage door is an older wooden model, and I appreciated that they told me it was still in good shape rather than trying to upsell me on a brand-new replacement. Highliftdoor responded to my call with the hour and came over to put my damaged door back together to prevent the elements into my garage. They had the best quote for the insurance company and a door was ordered next day. They were able to match the door, have a replacement made and delivered exactly as they advised 10 days. They came and installed the new door the day they received it. To be frank I am more than pleased with the whole process and experience. This should be everyone’s first call. 5 stars from me.

Definitely 5 star service, Zach was a great guy to deal with. Very knowledgeable, professional, clean and tidy. Great conversation! Garage door broken springs were replaced (reason for calling). Everything was inspected. Track, door and motor by Zach. Finding rusted cables, cracked hinge and track needed adjustments. When work was completed everything got a spray of oil and cleaned off. Thanks again Zach! Definitely be a returning customer.

Zach was awesome! He came same day to fix our garage door. Not only did he fix the broken one, he actually took the time to check our other door to make sure that it wasn’t going to have the same issue. He also took it upon himself to fix the seals as they were coming off, if you want exceptional service he’s the guy! Oh and free of charge he took care of all the lovely spider webs 😁

It's all too easy to be skeptical when reading so many with a 5 star rating, but in reality they are spot on. It is refreshing to see his work ethic shine through and his attention to detail. He explained the causes and the remedies in professional, understandable terms. Asking him questions never slowed him in his work. He was knowledgeable and courteous. After completing the repairs he continued with the maintenance by checking, adjusting, lubricating and cleaning the door, guides, rollers, chain and motor assemblies. Everything works like new again. All in all, he deserves a five star rating!

Great service and amazing response time. Garage door spring broke Friday night. Called Saturday morning and was fixed early Saturday afternoon. Technician that came was friendly and personable, and price was fair. Could not say enough good about the work they did or the communication they had. Highly recommended!!
