⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars High Country Land and Hardscape exceeded every expectation on our retaining wall and pool patio project. The finished product is absolutely stunning—clean lines, beautiful stonework, and lighting that completely transforms the space at night. The overall design is incredibly aesthetically pleasing, and the workmanship is truly top-quality. What stood out most was the owner’s commitment to making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. During the project the owner kept us informed regarding changes to some electrical lines running to our shed and a change to the electrical running to the pool light. The owner coordinated all electrical work to be completed after confirming with us on how we wanted it done. Any adjustment we requested was handled quickly and professionally, with no hesitation. The open line of communication throughout the entire project made the process smooth and stress-free; having the owner directly involved and available for questions or updates was a huge plus. There was a delay in timing due to the size of the project but the owner stood by his initial quote and did not try to charge us for any extra time, which in my experience is nearly non existent in contract work. This demonstrates the excellent character of the owner of this company and his word. We couldn’t be happier with the results or the customer service. High Country Landscape is a company that genuinely takes pride in their work, and it shows. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to give a big recommendation to Tyler & his crew! After hiring another contractor for a patio build and having a horrible experience I was super hesitant to trust anyone again. Tyler was very professional, incredibly responsive and hands on which can be difficult to find these days! His crew transformed my barren front yard into a relaxing oasis and I can’t think him enough for his honesty, and communication throughout the entire process. Also they build everything correctly to last and don’t skip important steps! I’d recommend him to anyone and plan to continue to use this company for some other projects around our farm.

The property we bought in Berkeley Springs was overgrown with trees too close to our home. Other tree companies gave estimates, but no one included stump removal, mulching, and seeding. It was a 3 day process, where High Country brought in equipment that easily removed the trees and undergrowth, mulched the remaining roots, and sowed grass seed and straw. It's been a few weeks, and the grass is growing nicely. I'm excited to have a yard! Throughout the process, they kept us updated on each step, let us know when they found issues with roots wrapped where they would cause issues, and strategies to take down trees close to the house. Their commitment to a job done right was evident, and I'm glad we called in the professionals.

I wanted to take the time to give a major shout out and recommendation to High Country Hard and Landscaping! I recently looked into tearing down an old deck on a house we just bought and replacing that with a stone Pavers patio. I had reached out to multiple local builders and had many quotes. I chose High Country because of their professionalism, their itemized proposal, and their existing recommendations. I could not have been more pleased!! They did such an amazing job... the before and after pictures speak for themselves! They were professional, got the job done on time and cleaned up as if noone were ever here. I HIGHLY recommend them for any Hard or Landscaping work in this area! *anyone that has had a bad experience probably never actually did business with Tyler…. I can’t speak enough about their prompt communication and professionalism!

High Country Land and Hardscape built a large two-level paver patio surrounding our existing in-ground swimming pool, complete with sitting and retaining walls, landscape lighting and more. They prepared a detailed draft drawing based upon our general ideas, then accommodated a number of modifications along the way as the project took shape--including suggesting several improvements to the design. The end product looks great. Besides the high quality of workmanship, what really stood out in our experience was the terrific responsiveness and great customer service they exhibited. They were easily reachable and attentive whenever we had questions or issues we needed to discuss. I can recommend them for hardscape work without reservation.

Tyler and his team were very professional, friendly and courteous. They did a great job with our patio and still are currently enjoying it. They were very communicative and laid out of what we needed, wanted and expectations. Love their work! No doubt of calling them back for more landscaping work. Definitely opened up our backyard, more space for our puppies to run around and enjoy safely!

This is my second attempt to share my experience, as my original review didn’t post, but I’m thrilled to give this outstanding company the praise it deserves! We’re currently working on an ongoing project, and Tyler took the time to truly understand our goals, delivering a smart, tailored strategy that’s exceeded our expectations. This team is not only trustworthy but consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we’re satisfied. We still have more forestry mulching work ahead, and I wouldn’t hesitate to keep Tyler and his crew as our go-to team. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and results!

Tyler and Jaiden were very friendly, professional, and best of all very competent. From the communication to the planning to the contract stages, everything was handled very professionally. We had approximately 10 acres of property and Tyler worked on about half of it plus put a trail in through our forest for my side-by-side. Additionally, they were able to put me in touch with the subcontractors. I needed for concrete work and tree removal. Everyone involved with the job was professional. Tyler and Jaden also went another way to do some trimming that got overlooked in one of our contracts and took care of it for me for just the cost of the equipment rental. I would unconditionally recommend their services for anyone needing anything that they do. You will not be disappointed..

High Country Land and Hardscape did an amazing job clearing massive tree overgrowth in just a few days, as well as excavation on two sections of my property. Great company. Great team. They are quick and professional!

Shout out to Tyler Burke and Dylan Painter - they did an awesome job killing weeds and hauling/laying down 4 ton of decorative rock around the house. They also removed old downspout drainage and installed new. Planted grass seed where they manually dug the drains and cleaned up well after they finished. Tyler was very communicative throughout the project. Highly recommend these young hardworking men who take great pride in a job well done!
