We used High Country Home Inspectors for a new home inspection in southern Colorado. Joe puts together one of the best inspection reports I’ve ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable, answers questions in the field and was very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Joe for each and every future property purchase. Joe is fantastic. We needed an inspection on short notice and he juggled his schedule to accommodate. He filed a detailed, photo-heavy and supremely helpful report the same day as the inspection. Highly recommended.
