Joe was really helpful in diagnosing and fixing our roof leak issue. We have had so many issues with our roof and paid lots of roofers to resolve the issue, only for the leak to continue. Joe took his time thoroughly examining our roof and suggested various options to us and explained them really clearly. He successfully identified the issue and so far the leak hasnt come back, which we are so pleased about. Joe also came out really quickly to see us and was able to complete the work in the next few days. His prices were incredibly fair and reasonable. Top class operators. I contacted them, they had scaffolding up within a day and work completed the day after. On the cheaper end of the scale quote wise too. Truly went above and beyond and have already recommended them to friends. Good tradesmen are like gold dust.

Joe visited to assess & price a guttering fix to prevent water running down an outside wall & a few other minor maintenance matters. As promised, I received the written quote via email within two hours. I accepted the quote & the job was completed in an efficient manner the following day. This included demonstrating that the drainage onto the wall had been cured, refitting some lead flashing, removing built-up moss from the roof & gutters & leaving the site clean and tidy. Joe is clearly very knowledgeable, as he pointed out that the roof tiling on an extended part of the roof wasn’t really compatible with its shallow pitch. This has since proved to be correct & is a matter I’m now pursuing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Joe next time I have a relevant problem & would highly recommend him to friends and colleages. Joe is a good man, very patient and knowledgeable. I called him to fix a leak in my upstairs ceiling, and he quickly identified the issue as damaged ridge pointing. He replaced the old roof ridge with a dry ridge system, and the work was done professionally.

Would 100% recommend! Joe came to sort an issue with my guttering and whilst fixing this, spotted a crack in my roof which would have resulted in a leak. He was upfront with the price and was really efficient, fixing the crack within a week of initially identifying it!

Had a piece of guttering fall off. Called a few so called specialist who wanted to charge the earth. These guys were half the price, did the job in 10 minutes and made sure it was secure. Would recommend and use in the future.
