The crew is incredibly helpful. I live in an old fifth-wheel camper and had to swap my suspension, the parts I was looking for were nearly impossible to find anywhere else. The dudes were so great at figuring out exactly what I needed over the phone and had everything I needed in stock. Absolute lifesaver!

Josh and Brandon were freaking awesome 👌 and were very knowledgeable. If you've got an issue with your toy hauler or any other trailer, go check them out. They also sell trailer accessories for all your towing needs. Overall, awesome people.

We were on a road trip with a rented trailer and the emergency brake line got pinched and broke. We went to multiple places, called 5 places and went to a store that said they could help. They couldn't. They directed us to Hickman's trailers and told us they could do it for sure. Needless to say we drove 45 minutes here and we were immediately helped and it only took them a few seconds. It saved our trip. They were kind and helpful and had the part no one else did. I would definitely come here again!

I called late in the afternoon for emergency work on my boat trailer, and they not only fixed the problem that same day but did so graciously and at a very reasonable price. The employees and service at Hickman Trailer are outstanding. Our travel trailer had serious axle and brake problems when we arrived. They checked it out immediately, gave excellent advice, ordered the difficult-to-find part, and installed it at a fair price. Josh (service manager) was always courteous and kept us informed throughout the process. As a result, we made it home without a problem (~1,500 miles of serious winter driving in late December). Joshua was amazing definitely recommend to anyone who needs a trailer to check them out. Picked up a car hauler trailer for a descent price. Update after 5 months: Trailer I brought from here after 600 miles the trailer had to go thru two shops to finally figure out it needed a alignment and the axles adjusted. Still waiting to make sure warranty will cover all work that had to be done but very disappointed in product cost me alot of headache and money for just that trip. Yes I very placement of my load on trailer and went thru proper checks on brakes, hub grease. So for those thinking of buying a trailer of this brand you may want to do more research.
