6/13/25 The inspection I attended was excellent. As this was my first experience, Scott did an outstanding job. He took the time to explain various aspects to me, which I appreciated. While I did not have many questions, I could sense his professionalism and attentiveness as we conducted the walkthrough. He was thorough and detailed in his assessment. Given that I am in the process of purchasing a home, I anticipate needing another inspection in the future, and Scott will certainly be my preferred choice.
