Big shoutout to Kwaku and Maxwell who did really a great job on 1 hour balcony and sofa cleaning . They were very efficient and professional but most important very kind and very genuine and trying their best to do more in 1 hour than I initially asked for .

Really happy with Heyday’s AC duct cleaning! The team was on time, professional, and super thorough. The air feels fresher already. Highly recommend if you want your home to feel clean and healthy!

They charge a ridiculous price for poor work. One of the two cleaners asked if the standard was ok having “finished” the bathroom and I was surprised - it was still a mess. I left them to their own devices to finish the work and that was a big mistake. The “clean” they leave is very different from the standard they advertise. Floors still dirty, cupboards still dusty and they somehow managed to flood the bathroom from the sink(?). For the price they charge, don’t even bother. Other cleaners will do better work for a fraction of the 550 dirhams HeyDay charged.

Imran came to our villa to clean our cream dining chairs and cream headboard. He did an amazing job on both. Very polite, spoke great English and kept everything protected in the process. Was a great price too. Would definitely recommend.

Threats of police complain and harassment have been recieved this company. Services were promised and not provided cleaners ran away and left all the mess behind 2 hours later the same number that is visible on the company page and WhatsApp sent me atleast 10 voice notes of harassment and was not ready to wait for remittance to complete, he kept pressuring for cash payment and refused to share his name and detail, this same person makes false promises that the services will be provided as required on WhatsApp, I even shared pictures and due to time constraints got the wardrobe cleaned a day before their service even though it was included in the service, cleaner named Kuko or something I am not sure from Ghana has refused to provide all the services that were promised on WhatsApp for a studio apt with a price of Aed 525 for a 500 sq ft. Save yourself, this ruined my festive preps to certain extent especially the mess that was left behind took me 2 hours since the cleaners flee and building security had to stop them and bring them back because of all the mess they had left in common area. All the stains and first are still here to clean along with threats and harassment
