This was my first time hiring professional painters and am thrilled with the results. We did an extensive kitchen and dining room renovation and wanted the job done right so called for an estimate and was genuinely surprised at how reasonable it was. The owner, Debbi Hetrick, responded to our inquiry almost immediately and her professionalism and sincerity immediately let me know we made the right decision. Their project manager, Beshoy, was here the next day to give us an estimate. Communication throughout the job was timely, friendly, and effective. The crew was incredibly respectful of our home and cleaned up at the end of each day. The skill and attention to detail far surpassed our DIY ability! We had 2 large rooms, a stairway, and hallway with all of the trim and ceilings done in 3 days. The clean up at the end left my home better than they found it and the spaces look amazing! I also appreciated the follow up call afterwards and am looking forward to the next round of work now that I see the difference that having the job done right makes!

Hetrick Painting really made having our kitchen cabinets painted a stress free process. From first contact, which was several months prior to the actual date we had them come out to do the work, Rob was patient and full of great advice. We look forward to having them out again for any of our future projects.

Highly recommend. They give you the greatest customer service and actually follow up with you afterwards. No one can tell my cabinets were ever wood colored. It brightened my kitchen tremendously. The work they do is top notch. If someone offers you to hand paint your cabinet doors, I promise you, it will look painted. Not Hetricks, they SPRAY. It looks like a hard enamel .... so it looks custom. I highly recommend this business.

Overall a positive experience. Very responsive, the painters were on time and professional.Happy with the end result. The only “con” was we ended up paying $700 more than original quote- we were told it would be $300 “extra” due to some sanding that needed to be done- still unsure about the additional $400 but happy with the end result.

We chose Rob and his team to paint the entire interior of a very large two story house with extremely high ceilings. We were not entirely sure of our colors, and they even set us up with a talented and very pleasant expert to help us pick for all of the rooms. We found them to be not only fairly priced, but also to be extremely professional, personable, and competent, and we would definitely recommend them for any painting task, large or small.

I called Rob about a painting project in my home and he was able to come to my house the next day and then schedule me quickly without much wait at all. His team is always professional and clean and do a thorough and may I say perfect job. They are also quiet and respectful of my home. I will most certainly be using this company again for my painting needs.

Hetrick Painting was hired for 2 separate painting projects. One of which was particularly challenging & required a very artistic eye for detail! He did a sensational job on both jobs!!!He obviously takes great pride in his workmanship & talents for details! He was prompt, neat, professional & friendly to work with too. He did a fantastic job on 2 very different tasks & I’m grateful for the trust I had for Hetrick Painting! ~ I intend to hire them again for staining my daughter’s new deck @ her home & feel extremely confident that it will be beautifully handled!!! They painted my kitchen cabinets several years ago and did a good job. We called them to do our bathroom vanity and the process was very different. Rob came out gave us a quote which I thought was a little high but went ahead because they did a good job previously. This time they were very unorganized. Lady came to remove doors which she had trouble doing so my contractor removed them. The install was disorganized as well. The guy came with no warning. The counter tops were being installed within minutes he said he could do it but was constantly on his phone and I ended up helping to move process along faster. Also, the whole process took twice as long. My biggest problem was the final invoice was 25% higher than original quote. They do not include paint in original quote so I knew it would be higher. They charged me more for paint for a bathroom vanity the for my whole kitchen as well as a couple other charges. My cabinets do look nice but I would be very clear on expectations (time and price) if you choose to do business with them.
