Heston Door Service recently installed a full perimeter fence around my property, along with pedestrian gates and beautifully crafted handrails — and from start to finish, the entire project could not have gone more smoothly. The quality and craftsmanship are truly exceptional. Neighbors stop constantly to compliment how stunning everything looks, and I have to agree — it completely transformed the property. Cory kept me informed every step of the way, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. I’m incredibly grateful to him and the entire team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding workmanship. I couldn’t recommend Heston Door Service more highly.

One door had a broken spring and both needed a tune up. The service person was top notch. He explained my options for two different quality of springs and how I should clean and lubricate the doors. He finished up quicker than his estimate, and at the quoted price. Heston is probably not the cheapest door service company around, but from what I’ve seen their quality is top notch. Both doors are working great.

Parker was fantastic! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was fully repaired. I was expecting the repair to take until the next day, but he was able to complete everything the same day. Great service and professionalism.. Highly recommend Heston Door Service!

Yesterday I send an email to get an estimate and schedule for repairing broken springs and they were quick to answer, they scheduled me for the today which was great. They sent the technician Parker Hardy who was so polite and efficient, he had a friendly smile and explained all that could be done. I returned with my concerns and we found a better spot where I was able to choose them and support local. The repair was done on the same day and quickly. Trustworthy and reliable.

I had a terrific experience with Heston Door Service as a new customer. I previously used a different company for the past 10+ years but they completely lost my trust with constantly trying to sell me upgrades I didn't truly need. I tried Heston based on a referral from a friend and was extremely satisfied. The technician, Jason, was very courteous and detailed in explaining the situation. He was able to root cause the ongoing issue I'd been experiencing (garage door opened fine but wouldn't consistently close) and successfully resolve it. Unlike the former company I used, I didn't feel pressured by Jason to add more optional products/services. One thing to note is that their website may make it seem like the region they service is limited but there was no issue in having them come out to Sammamish. I will definitely use Heston again if I have other garage door needs and will even request they send Jason out again.

I would highly recommend Heston Door Service for your garage door repairs and installs! We had a garage door spring that was broken that they had someone come out and complete the repair the next day! They also gave us a great price and quality on two tarp building roll up garage doors they installed. Eric, Dom, Aaron and everyone else I worked with were very professional and communicated well. I will definitely be using them on all future projects.

Heston Door Service has great people focused on doing business right! Technician (Jason) arrived on time, was thorough in performing maintenance on our garage doors and motors, and was respectful in all ways. I have recommended them to others based on my prior purchase and installation experiences, and will continue doing so based on this routine service.

Heston replaced my opener before the pandemic and the experience them was very positive, so I had zero hesitation on calling back when one of my very old springs decided to give up on life last week. We got a great product for a great value at that time, and I don't consider springs a wise DIY project. David and Jason came out to my house on a next-day appt. They were on time, they were both very polite and respectful, and they worked very efficiently. They offered me multiple options where they saw things could be changed but did not pressure me into paying for upgrades that I did not need and appeared to not be interested in. They did inspect the whole system well because they also noticed a desperate need for another part replacement that wouldn't have made me happy to make a second separate call for later on. Great guys, and I'd welcome them back in a heartbeat, altho under Heston's care, I don't expect to be the person who needs to call for garage door repairs on a frequent basis. LOVE Heston Door Service and when I need something, I will always call them and only them for as long as I live here and they're in business!!!

We had a garage door issue early this morning. Jason and David came early diagnosed the problem and were able to fix the door. They also serviced both garage doors and they are now working great! Heston Door Service came highly recommended and we couldn't agree more. From the initial contact with Brad who set up the scheduling in a very timely manner, to Jason who walked us through the process of updating our garage door maintenance, and Brandon that completed the work flawlessly.
