Went to Herts Cupping mainly for ongoing tightness in my back and shoulders from work and gym training. I originally thought I just needed a sports massage, but the treatment was a lot more targeted than what I’ve had elsewhere. Had a mix of muscle work and cupping done and honestly felt a noticeable difference in how loose my back felt afterwards. Didn’t feel rushed and they actually explained what they were doing and why certain areas were causing problems. The clinic was clean, private and professional throughout as well which made the whole experience better. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for cupping, sports massage or general recovery treatment around Hertfordshire.

I’ve had cupping sessions in Watford, Harrow and Stanmore before, but after a cousin suggested Hertfordshire Cupping, I thought I’d give it a try — and I’m really glad I did. I’m based in Hemel Hempstead, so it was a convenient option, but what really stood out was Brother Shahid’s expertise and knowledge. He clearly knows what he’s doing and takes the time to explain everything, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the session. On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice and humble brother, which made the whole experience even better. I’d highly recommend Hertfordshire Cupping to family and friends, and I’ll definitely be returning.
