This company just repiped my whole house and they all deserve a huge shoutout. Mike, Red, Sheila and two brothers that are technicians who have worked at my property before. A few other gentleman also, but all of them are so trustworthy and respectful. Great people and I will call them if I need plumbing services in the future. Heath, with Herrell Plumbing, showed up to fix my bathroom sink. He barely got down to look at it when he saw the leak. It was fixed very quickly, and he kept me informed of what he was doing and how he was fixing it. He also answered other plumbing questions I had. Very personable and professional. We called on a Saturday morning with an urgent issue and Aaron arrived in less than an hour. He was patient, thorough, friendly, and kind. He assessed and explained the issues clearly and compassionately provided us with options. So grateful we found this company and that Aaron was our service provider!

James did a superb job taking care of us to replace a broken flush valve and two flappers. He was quick and efficient. We have used Herrell over the past 20 years and have always received great service.

Today was my first experience with Herrell Plumbing. And based on my experience, it will not be my last. It is indeed rare to find businesses these days who value providing exceptional customer service above all else, and have trained their employees to do the same. Herrell Plumbing has managed to accomplish this, and set the bar high for others to follow. I contacted Mike (who it turns out is one of the owners) first thing on a Friday morning with a request to have a new toilet installed. He presented my options clearly and provided me with a very fair price. On top of that, he was able to get my job done within a few hours. He called me to let me know the two-hour window of my appointment, and once again advising me the technician was on the way. Heath arrived exactly on time and after seeing for himself which model best met my needs, he called his colleage who delivered the new model while he was removing my old one. It was an extremely efficient process and showed genuine respect for my time. I am so grateful to have found such a great company who has been providing quality service to the Central Florida area for many years. They have certainly earned their fine reputation. Today, they earned my trust, and another loyal customer.

Outstanding and courteous experience. Hired them for a shower handle repair service and drain unclogging in Orlando, FL. Was literally impossible to get even a rough estimate from other plumbers without paying them to come out to check. Since I own a company in the service industry, I KNOW it’s possible to at least provide a rough estimate by photos (why not?) Herrell’s call taker was very polite and accommodating she showed my photos to the technician and managed to give me a quote - which was the BEST quote I got. And when a company ends up charging you LESS than they quoted you know you should save their number for all future services as we all need an honest plumber every once in a while. Thank you for the great experience.

Great service by reception and field team. Eric arrived on time, got right to work replacing sink disposal and finished in no time at all. Second time using Herrell and very satisfied. Highly recommend.
