We had a clogged main line and couldn't use our showers and toilets which we called the plumber for yesterday, they were unable to fix the clog saying it was a septic issue and it would need to be pumped. Hernando Septic was able to see us on an emergency and even arrived prior to the scheduled time. The technician that arrived, Howie, was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. He got right to work troubleshooting the problem. Where most septic companies would have just pumped the tank and it fill up again, Howie instead diagnosed the issue and found it to be a very clogged pipe at the septic tank. He had the tools on hand to handle the job and with quick work was able to unclog the pipe and identify the pipe that feeds from the house which was otherwise hidden.
