Local youth football club West Wratting kick off the 2018-2019 football season in style with two smart team kits being sponsored by Herma Labelling Systems.
The teams, which play on a Saturday at the West Wratting Football field, are performing extremely well within the Cambridge Mini Soccer League.
West Wratting Youth Team Manager, Gary Hopkins advises, “Everyone involved at the club, especially the boys are very grateful for the sponsorship from HERMA, support from the local community is vitally important to a club like West Wratting.”
Director of Herma Labelling Systems, Rob Jenkinson re-iterates, “It is great to be in a position where we are able to support the local community. Following the success of our Health and Wellbeing Day earlier this year, we wanted to extend our support to the local area, whilst encouraging the development of young people in the community and the sponsorship of these teams presents us with the perfect opportunity to do so.”
The team have been together for the past 5 years and enjoyed success on the pitch but more importantly have learnt the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, commitment and competition along the way. The squad have made good use of the new kit in their first game winning and progressing through to the next round of the Cambridgeshire County Cup competition.
