We are looking for a hands-on, technically skilled Product Support Technician to join our UK team. In this role you will:
π§ Install, service and maintain HERMA labelling systems
π©βπ» Deliver training & technical support to customers
π€ Be the face of HERMA UK Service with a strong customer focus
π Occasionally support international projects and training
What weβre looking for:
β Strong mechanical & electrical fault-finding skills
β Experience in field service or technical support
β HNC/HND in engineering (or equivalent experience)
β Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel
