Virtual Factory Acceptance Tests
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT’s) play a critical part in the purchase process of labelling machinery, providing customers with the opportunity to clearly view their equipment in action prior to delivery. However, due to the current pandemic this face to face step has been unachievable, until now.
At their manufacturing facilities in Suffolk, Herma have adapted their existing FAT process to allow them to conduct live virtual Factory Acceptance Tests.
The latest virtual FAT conducted received very positive feedback from the international blue chip customer who quoted, - “First of all I would like to thank you and all of the Herma team for all their efforts and support to enable us to achieve this outcome. This virtual FAT was our best one so far.”
