The owner of this place clearly cares about what he is doing. He isn't hitting people with a giant price tag during one of the hardest times of their life. This is an example of how funeral services should be handled.

Shawn, Steve and the staff took great care of our family and my grandma from the night she passed until she was buried 5 days later. They were very compassionate, patient and detail oriented. Their staff took care of every detail - from contacting florists to the gravesite staff as well as the newspaper and church officials. They are also much more reasonable on prices then local competitors and still offer top notch, good quality services. They made a very tough process much smoother and less stressful for our entire family. We highly recommend them. Thank you from our entire family!

Shawn and his team came through big for me and my family in the handling of the death of my father. This place is run by men that have integrity. I have only had to go through the process of planning a cremation one time and Heritage made the process so easy. We were met with such compassion from these men. When checking prices, the gentleman that I spoke with is the one that showed up that night to pick my nephew up. This has been a rough time but these men made it just a little better. Thank you for what you do.

My husband wanted a simple service and was cremated. The did a great job and everything went very smooth. We just had graveside service and I got a lot of good feedback from family and friends that attended. They were happy that they used a sound system and the minister and music could be heard.

My mother passed away the end of March, 2018. In 2017, the family met with Shawn and Steve, of Heritage Funeral Home in El Dorado, KS, and made pre-arrangements for the date of our mother's passing. My friend just passed & they did everything wrong! First they lost her & couldn't find her. Then she was to be cremated onthe 8th. The srviceswas on 16th & she wasnt there because she wasn't cremated yet. So her husband had a empty box. It was also suppose to get a big lock of hair for each children & was brought a not even a strand! They had trouble from the start.

I’m very thankful for Heritage. They really extend themselves to help their customers. They were more than responsive and always a step ahead or accommodating, especially in the COVID atmosphere. Highly, highly recommend them.
