If you’re looking for AC company who is fair honest and very pleasant to deal with look no further than this company. Anthony was out at my house on New Year’s Eve and I cannot thank him enough for the work he did. I promise once you use this company, you will not use another ever again. We had a small repair that needed to be done. Since we replaced the system this summer, it was completed the same day, at no additional charge. I highly recommend.

Had a small blockage that created the overflow tray to leak. The two gents that turned up were done in less than 20 mins. Invoice says $95 for call out fee, which as it was a same day emergency, which I am okay with, but $175 for "Clean Drains" fee that literally was just pumping air manually with the overflow plug (in the same way you clear a minor sink blockage) to unblock it is really excessive. I get that you pay for knowledge but that worked out $525 per hour using only a handheld screwdriver to get to the panel. As it was billed, I'm not blaming the plumbers that fixed it as they were courteous and professional, but the company needs to do better with their fee structure.

Our HVAC started making some noises so we called Jimmy from Heritage Air to take a look. He was at our house within three or four hours, diagnosed the problem, and came back the next day to fix it. It was an odd part otherwise it would’ve been taken care of the same day. I have had many many HVAC companies over the years. This guy has been the most responsive by miles.

Jimmy showed up Sunday night when my air handler and drain pipes clogged up. He should up in less than hour. Finished the job quickly and the price was outstanding. Going to use him for my yearly maintenance program.
