We had the best experience with Catie. She was not only warm, welcoming and understanding of our emotional and practical needs, but she was a master in bringing our whole celebration together. Great location, food, decoration, team, timing. She helped us with EVERYTHING we needed so that I could feel like a guest in our celebration and enjoy the moment fully! If you want the best day of your life with all your visions and dreams come true get these guys in board!! When I first started wedding planning I had troubles finding a planner and venue that treated me more than just $$ signs until I received a call from catie after putting in an enquiry. I probably wasn’t the easiest bride or wedding to put together as I can be a bit of control freak who had a very particular vision with so many out of the ordinary small details (I just didn’t have the time to piece it together) but nothing was ever too much for Catie and her team, infact they took my visions even further than I imagined and I could not fault a single thing from our special day. My only regret is not thanking her enough on the day because everytime I looked her way she had the biggest smile. I truely beleive that she stepped above and beyond because she loves to make magic for couples so if you want magic, put in that enquiry

We feel so lucky to have worked with Catie and the HCTT team and are so grateful for everything they’ve done to make our wedding festival dream a reality! Catie is incredibly kind and patient, answering our many questions and always responsive, despite juggling other wedding jobs. She is also down to earth and sensible. It was never about the upsell; it was always about how to make our ideas into a pragmatic reality. Her love of spreadsheets meant that everything was documented and detailed to a T. Furthermore, she was an advocate and champion for us. Our wedding day was at risk of being cancelled due to unexpected circumstances and on our behalf, she picked up some tough conversations and put a number of contingencies in place so that we could still celebrate one way or another. The broader HCTT team were also a dream, her sister and business partner Pia, the styling duo of Gerry and Dom, and even the team who ran the even on the day. I don’t think either of us went without one of the set up or wait staff checking in every hour or so to see if we needed any food, water or anything for our families too. We cannot recommend HCTT more for anyone who wants a fun, festival vibes party of a wedding!

Catie and the Here Comes the Truck crew were absolutely amazing for Liam and Rods wedding. I was the wedding photographer and Catie was fantastic with communication when I needed to know things and keeping us all in the loop for the big day. Communication is everything and she made it so easy. On the night she made sure we were hydrated and that we had food throughout the day. The day ran so smoothly. The best wedding decision you will ever make! Thank you thank you thank you to Catie and the team at HCTT for providing us with the best day ever! I still think back to when I first submitted an enquiry on the website over two years ago, and having a phone conversation about all the amazing things HCTT could offer us. Catie made it all sound so easy, and that HCTT would handle everything, and in the end that’s exactly what happened! We did not feel at all stressed throughout the whole process (maybe a little sad when forced to postpone), but HCTT made our wedding planning adventure so much fun and easygoing. That meant that we could completely enjoy ourselves, and it DEFINITELY made the wedding day more perfect- the fact that we hadn’t had to painstakingly agonize over every detail (HCTT guys handled that!!). Everyone has always told me that SOMETHING is bound to go wrong on the wedding day, and to be honest I can’t think of one thing. The HCTT team made it go off completely without a hitch, and it truly felt like the ultimate party. HCTT loved our funny additions and quirks, and we also really loved the extra touches, like limbo (huge hit!), pokemon donuts and Pom Pom exit! Looking around on our day, everyone was just having so much fun, and that seemed to include staff as well. You have a great team!! We absolutely loved the styling and all the attention to detail provided by Gerry and the styling team. SO beautiful and the photos are magical. The food was incredible and guests say there was plenty of it. Oh and I should mention that the G & Ts were such a hit that we had friends watching like a hawk when making it and have already bought the ingredients to make it themselves 😂 we also had SO many compliments on the amazing food and service from the staff. One friend said pasta face is the first wedding she’s been to that actually serve the pasta aldente! Bravo! HCTT are completely faultless- if you are umming and ahing about whether to book with Catie and the team- DO IT! Worth every cent <3 Love you guys!!

Catie was the dream wedding planner! She took care of everything, completely understood the brief and made sure everything stress free! If you have always been daunted by the idea of a wedding then Catie is your girl! Absolutely perfect day.

From our initial email with you from Beijing to Melbourne with you we always felt comfortable, confident and that you knew what you were doing – it wasn’t your first wedding. And we felt that way for the entire time onwards too. You helped us endlessly in the lead up with all our questions and queries, had a heap of different ideas that were supporting our ideas and desires of the big day and were so understanding of the details we were hoping for.
On the BIG day everything ran seamlessly, the staff were great and the set up was perfect. There wasn’t a worry we could have had and every single one of our guests has told us how epic a day and night it was – we can’t thank you enough. We had a food truck for our wedding, from the outset, Catie's organisation and attention to detail meant this was a smooth process. Catie collated a plethora of options for us in an easy to read format, she followed up on dietary requirements, and was there on the day to support us, the food truck and the venue. The wait staff were also amazing, anticipating needs, and interacting positively with everyone. We could not be happier with HCTT -- thank you, Catie and team!
