Beau was Great! Very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and quickly found the issue which was a breaker he even cleaned the unit. AC is working wonderfully and looks brand new. If I ever have any problems I will definitely call them highly recommended worth the 5 stars because it’s was 5 star service.

He arrived early which was wonderful for me as I had to go to work. He was friendly and efficient! Everything went smoothly and I look forward to having my initial maintenance done twice a year as recommended!

My technician Chris was awesome he got to my residence quick as he could, showed me my issue, replaced it while giving me a lot of knowledge on the issue and also how the unit operates. I never heard of this company I just went searing online when being out of air for now 5 days. His boss Bo was super nice as well i highly recommend this company to any and everyone

They were on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! They actually performed troubleshooting, and repairs and didn't start with "your system is old and needs replacing!" They repaired our system at a fair price and didn't push to get warranties or unnecessary items. Now I am getting them to just upgrade the system and start over!! Awesome company with fair prices and knowledgeable people!!

Wow. What Great service. Chris was excellent diagnosed the problem fixed the issue and was friendly and honest. They came out on the 4th of July for a service call. Exceeded my expectations

Mr. Castleberry was phenomenal! He was quick to diagnose the problem, he was exceptional in fixing it!! He was very patient in explaining his work and how I felt about his work he had done! Very respectful, friendly and on time! Definitely calling them in the future if I have any a/c problems!!

Quick response and prompt, reasonably priced service! Beau was very knowledgeable, professional and he worked hard in this smoldering heat to fix my AC. This was the first time an AC company actually did a full inspection from the attic to the outside unit. I will be recommending HERCO to my friends and family and I will entrust any future AC needs to HERCO from now on! A+++
