Jacob Newman & Doug Hurst have really took the time to help with the issues and make sure the manager new all the problems witch is a relief.. very nice guys! Heater/ AC I’m hoping on Monday the technician will call complete and do a thorough job like Jacob and Doug.

Avoid HEP Plumbing at all cost. Earlier this week, I paid them $500 to snake my line, but it didn't solve the issue. They then quoted me $1,800 to replace the plumbing stack—a job worth less than $400 and turns out the clog was past that anyway and the $1800 would have made it a total of $2,300 and it still would not have fixed the problem!! I called Roto-Rooter instead, and they successfully cleared the line for only $220 and did NOT need to replace stack. Save your money and use any plumber but them. I had a 'Great experience' with Roto Rooter. Call them.

Our AC shut off and we were able to get a same day technician out. Our tech, Jacob Newman, was professional, knowledgeable, and able to help us understand our needs and options. If you are lucky enough to have him as the tech in your call you will be in great hands.

HEP is awesome. I'm pretty handy around the house and I had a trivial plumbing issue and HEP came out and I signed up for the $7 program. In the last month I've had to call for a simple plumbing problem and a 'o er my head' HVAC. Each time the service was great and I just called HEP and told them that Andrew was able to get my AC back on before I sweat to death.

Nathan was very professional and helpful with getting a new roof and installing gutters. He took the time to explain to me and my husband as a first time home owner. He was clear on what happend and showed us the photos he took and explained them amazingly. Added a new quote for some siding that needed repaired to keep my roof from leaking. Josh also came out later for the happy call.

Jacob Newman was very helpful with our heating issues and also insight on other issues. Appreciate his help - and he was great with the dogs!
