HEP Plumbing

Nathan was very professional and helpful with getting a new roof and installing gutters. He took the time to explain to me and my husband as a first time home owner. He was clear on what happend and showed us the photos he took and explained them amazingly. Added a new quote for some siding that needed repaired to keep my roof from leaking. Josh also came out later for the happy call.

Dylan Chambers was amazing! He is the diagnostician and he quickly identified the problem. They don't work directly with insurance, only reimbursements. This is all new to me as a new homeowner. He was willing to sit with me while I called my insurance and to make a claim. He was patient, kind, and easy to talk to. He was so helpful and it seemed as if I'd known him long-term. He explained the process in a way that a "newbie" could understand and I really appreciated that. I'd recommend HEP based on the diagnostics process. I'll leave another review once the repairs are actually done. Thanks Dylan!

Jacob Newman & Doug Hurst have really took the time to help with the issues and make sure the manager new all the problems witch is a relief.. very nice guys! Heater/ AC I’m hoping on Monday the technician will call complete and do a thorough job like Jacob and Doug.

Avoid HEP Plumbing at all cost. Earlier this week, I paid them $500 to snake my line, but it didn't solve the issue. They then quoted me $1,800 to replace the plumbing stack—a job worth less than $400 and turns out the clog was past that anyway and the $1800 would have made it a total of $2,300 and it still would not have fixed the problem!! I called Roto-Rooter instead, and they successfully cleared the line for only $220 and did NOT need to replace stack. Save your money and use any plumber but them. I had a 'Great experience' with Roto Rooter. Call them.

My heat pump started freezing up over the weekend and I was able to get HEP in on Monday to diagnose the problem and they even determined my unit is still under warranty so I just paid for shipping and labor. Jacob Newman was my technician and he was so respectful and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I highly recommend HEP to anyone. I have attached pics of the problem I was experiencing.

Patrick McGraw was fast and friendly! Our hvac system didn’t want to connect with our new Google nest thermostat but Patrick stuck with it until he figured it out. Definitely recommend.
