HEP is on the way

We had a 2.5-ton 80/20 split unit installed today just after ordering it last night with help from Jacob Newman. Sebastian, Tristan, and a helper who came with them were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. They explained everything that they were going to be doing during the installation. You could tell that had done this kind of installation enough that they probably could do it in their sleep. I showed them where the access was in the master bedroom closet and I apologized because the access opening was small. They looked and said it was nothing that hadn't seen before. Then each one started on their different task. They had to remove a closet shelf and trim around the access opening for clearance issues once they had taken measurements, (asked if it was okay before they removed anything) and replaced it like new. They all worked like machines when the outside unit was completed they came and helped the other to remove the old split unit and replace the new unit in the attic. They cleaned up any mess in the areas where they worked and looked proud of the work they had accomplished. They double-checked everything to make sure that it worked perfectly. Excellent workers especially as hot as it was in the attic. I want to also give Hep a big thank you for hiring veterans. Being a former Marine hiring veterans is always a big plus for me in any business. I thank you guys a lot.

Zak & Destin did a very good job, they answered my questions and cleaned up after they finished. I did not care for the lack of communication I received from the company regarding their trying to contact me and saying they left voice messages. The company did not have my email on file, therefore I had not received an invoice showing payment for job to start. I have yet to receive a signed copy of the contract I signed when Hanniel Idung came out 10/10/25. Connie whom I spoke with today was professional and courteous when informing me about the alledged missed phone calls and non response to voice messages.

We had a minor plumbing job done under our sink. Travis was very efficient on getting the job done and finished it quickly and did a wonderful job. I do feel that the cost of fixing the problem under my sink was overpriced!

Charles L was great! I called early in the morning and he was at house with 40 min! He took me through what he was going to do and explained everything for me. He gave me a good price on my project and was so good I went ahead and signed up for their loyalty program. Thank you Charles L!

HEP came and repaired one leak on our patio roof. After one week the roof is leaking again, two diferent leaks one at each end of the roof. These new leaks where not there when HEP came to prepare the estimate nor when they came to repair the original leak. These leaks were created while teh roofers worked on top the roof. Even the estimate and the job contract estates that there is 1y warranty on their labor, HEP is not being accountable, not honoring their warranty. HEP just told me now that I need a new roof... Where is the customer satisfaction that HEP claims at their website?. Terrible customer service! Nathan with HEP came today and explained us his whole plan to fix for good our issue. He personally is going to work out our problem with our home insurance and even if the home insurance denies to cover the repairs he will fix everything at no cost! Nathan has been super professional and he took ownership on the original repairs! HEP should be proud of having him on his team!

We had Jason from Knoxville come and help us. He was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very polite and got the job done quickly. HEP, nice! I’ve been singing the song for the commercial for the past hour. That

Zach and Dustin, not only did they come in a timely manner, they installed a water line for my new fridge and installed the fridge for me. They installed a new up to code hot water heater. I have been very pleased with HEP services.

Brett Nicely came out to take a look at our clogged drain. He was super friendly, helpful, and explained everything thoroughly. I never felt pressured to pay the more costly repair, but he made it simple for me. HEP has been our go-to for a couple years now and we always use them for any issues in our home!

Brett Nicely came out and looked at my gas lines and gave me reasonable quote. He was very nice and professional and let me know all my options and told me more about their company and what they can do. Will probably use them in the future when I get stuff replaced.

Rep. Jacob Newman with HEP Inc. arrived early to provide options and estimates to replace existing 2.5 ton unit. Jacob was very professional and kind, extremely informative and made the entire process quite calm and stress free. He explained the process of replacement and different warranties. If the decision is made to purchase from HEP, I am grateful they sent Jacob due to his insight and expertise.
