HEP is on the way

We bought a new house and unfortunately had to replace the HVAC system. I called HEP based on some Google reviews and how close by they were to my house. They came out the same day and looked our system over. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced. The tech worked with me and got us a good unit at a good price. He got us financed with no payment for a year. I waited to do this review until we used the heat. Both the air and the heat work perfectly. The guys that did our installation came two days later and did a professional clean install. They cleaned up and took the old unit away. They did a great job and we are very pleased all the way around. I would highly recommend HEP for the replacement of a HVAC unit. The new unit is also more efficient and we've seen a reduction in the electric and gas bill. I would definitely use HEP again.

Jacob Newman and Doug Hurst did an excellent job on explaining what happened to my system and what my options were. They went out of their way to address all of my concerns and provided a top tier customer experience. Very satisfied with my overall experience!

Jacob Newman was very nice, he came out and looked at our unit that we were having issues with. He asked good questions didn't make me and my wife feel stupid or like he was in a rush. He fixed our problem that was done by the installers actually and acted like he did it and he felt so bad even though he didn't do it. It was a simple fix nothing broken nothing damaged and now we will have better heat!

Josh Sam did an excellent job. He was friendly and productive. He did a work of art of the plumbing. I would definitely recommend him.

Jacob Newman was very knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He looked me in the eye while answering any questions I had and ihe s very professional. I think his attitude makes the HEP company look good. I was very impressed.

Tyler was very professional and patient to explain to us for dripping faucet problem we have had. HEP was quick to dispatch the tech the same day for us as well and staff on the call were also very helpful. Unfortunately we did not move forward with the work order due to budgeting issue, but will surely happily call HEP for any future problems.

Jeremy explained the problems with a toilet clog before repair as well as quoting for another job. It was a last minute call and he got here quickly and fixed it up great! Very happy with the service.

Our Heat went out while it was 20 degrees and snowing outside. Jacob N and Jason came out and helped me with me diagnose and get me a new unit. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

New HVAC system stopped working. Tech came out and diagnosed problem. Tech was knowledgeable and thorough. Ordered parts and said parts were under warranty. Hopefully labor will also be covered as this is a very new system. If repairs are done promptly and covered under warranty I’ll be very pleased with them. Will update this review when the job is complete.
