HEP is on the way

Patrick McGraw efficiently completed the replacement of the blower motor and capacitor in our HVAC package unit.. He also completed the cleaning of the blower fan and housing in our driveway. I was only disappointed in the fact that he left all the debris in the driveway. When he was closing his truck up, I commented that I would sweep it off the driveway when it dried, he did offer to wash it down. I thanked him and told him that I will take care of it.

Josh arden came out from HEP and gave us an estimate on gutters and to tell us about having our roof work done. He was very nice and professional. He answered all our questions even when he had to go back outside to check on something new we added in.

Jacob and Jason did a thorough job of assessing my hvac needs. They completed a check of all systems for me to compare the costs of repair or replacement of my unit. After arranging payments with discounts and extra free services included we arrived at a best option for me. Thanks HEP💕

The office was proactive in reaching out when the technician was running late, and we were able to track where he was when he started to head over - all of which we appreciated. Our technician, Jeremy, replaced a punctured water supply line under one of our sinks efficiently and gave us a quote for replacing the sink (because of how old it was) but did so with no pressure. He was easy to deal with and what he charged us was very reasonable. HEP is the third plumber we've tried in the area and they are the only ones we would call back so far!

He was quick and didn't leave a mess. It was done correctly and he was super friendly and good with our huge pups. He came that day!

Marty was very helpful with checking out my unit today, very stand up guy. Definitely represented the company well and made me grateful I chose them. 5 stars across the bored!

Jimmy and Landon were amazing. They put in an entirely new HVAC system for our home in sub-freezing temps today. Our home itself hit 49°, but when the installation was done, the unit started right up. Thank you both for your service to our family today!

For some reason, my heat went out and it was going down to 32° tonight so I’m very very happy and grateful that they came right out this afternoon. Got the part that was needed and fixed everything and I only had to go one night without heat. Patrick was the guy that serviced my heating system and AC system so grateful he knew what he was doing he’s very experienced!!! THANK YOU, HEP!!!

I had Jacob Newman and Andrew Delacruz inspect my heat pump and ductwork and they were very thorough! They clearly explained the situation and provided options to solve my problem while being cost effective.

Jacob Newman came and helped me out with my heatpump. He was so very nice and helped me so much. His partner Marty was very nice as well. Jacob explained everything to me and all of my options. I am glad he came out today.
