I had an excellent experience with Henn’s Heating and Air. From the first phone call, he was friendly, patient, and very helpful. He asked detailed questions, explained what was going on with my unit, and let me know he would be quickly on the way despite icy road conditions. He was extremely respectful of my home, even scraping snow and ice from his boots so he wouldn’t mess up my floors. He clearly explained the problem, gave me options, and charged a fair price. I never felt rushed or taken advantage of, especially as a single woman. What truly stood out was his compassion. I had been without heat all night, next morning and afternoon and was freezing. When he had to leave to get a part, he brought me a brand-new space heater he had in his truck so I could stay warm while I waited. That level of care meant so much. Genuine, service-driven, and kind. I highly recommend him and will definitely call again.

I highly recommend Henn Heating and air. Blake was able to come out same day. After a full inspection and explaining everything with us on what the repairs would need to be in order to get our unit working again we decided not to put anymore money into our unit that was 17 years old and we went with a whole new unit. Blake went over and beyond with explaining the financing option so that we understood everything. The process went smoothly and we were able to get a new unit installed within a few days and Henn Heating and Air came out and got the job done the day after Christmas. He was the only person who came out to give me a quote who truly did everything he could to make sure my babies and I had heat within 24 hours of calling him.
