I had an excellent experience with Henn’s Heating and Air. From the first phone call, he was friendly, patient, and very helpful. He asked detailed questions, explained what was going on with my unit, and let me know he would be quickly on the way despite icy road conditions. He was extremely respectful of my home, even scraping snow and ice from his boots so he wouldn’t mess up my floors. He clearly explained the problem, gave me options, and charged a fair price. I never felt rushed or taken advantage of, especially as a single woman. What truly stood out was his compassion. I had been without heat all night, next morning and afternoon and was freezing. When he had to leave to get a part, he brought me a brand-new space heater he had in his truck so I could stay warm while I waited. That level of care meant so much. Genuine, service-driven, and kind. I highly recommend him and will definitely call again.

I woke to a very cold house, my heat was not working. Called Henn Heating and Air Blake worked me into his schedule within hours I had heat again. Blake repaired and replaced what was needed, was efficient and super friendly.
