Henley Style Pet Grooming & Spa

This was the first time my pup and I visited Henley Style and it was a great experience! They were able to accommodate us same day. I was a little nervous to leave her - but she seemed calm and happy when I picked her up, she was in great hands! She smells amazing and they trimmed what was necessary and also gave her a cute little collar! We'll definitely be coming back!

Our baby Luca loves henleys! They do a wonderful job every time! We even bring a 2 page diagram of the breed standard hair our breeder provided. They follow it beautifully and sometimes improvise but he always looks amazing!

I’ve been going to Henley’s for 2 years and they never failed to disappoint ! They have been always consistent. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it because they always take their time with Lucy and are very consistent. I love how they give a handkerchief or a necklace.

I love this salon! We have grooming salons closer to us, but we will only ever take our dog here. They do an excellent job and listen to the client's needs, but ultimately, I trust them to take care of Bowie. Marcelino has done an exceptional job with every one of his cuts. We come every 4 weeks to keep his coat fluffy and mat-free. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Henley salon!

As a first time dog owner, i was super nervous to find a place for my dog that i felt i could trust and that would do an excellent job. I’ve taken my 7 month old mini golden doodle twice and he has loved it! he also looks great!

We always love how they groom our dog 🤍 Mira is so friendly and so good with styling. Our dog never gets scared to go in. He loves our groomer. Their service is always satisfying. We have been going here for 2 years (since our dog was baby).

Bad customer service when it comes to asking them to fix multiple grooming mistakes. Left my golden doodle worse than when I dropped him off. His eyes and mouth area were trimmed uneven, sanitary area was left untouched, he has random long strains of fur and overall bad messy texture on his fur throughout and he also began to smell 2 days later even tho he is an indoor dog. I asked them to reschedule me since I don't live in the area and would need make time to return another time. I emailed them photos of the errors so that they can redo him entirely which they agreed to. Once I arrived for my appointment they refused to groom him and only wanted to trim his eyes. I explained to them the prior emails, photos, and phone calls of confirmation that my dog was to get bathed, groomed, and trimmed properly under their Tidy Up package. They continued to want to charge me even more than what I had originally paid to begin with. When I pointed out their service packages and prices on the website they told me to hold on and later said "yeah no that's a lot of work we can't do that". I was speechless and just left the shop. The owner was there the entire time and was aware of the issue which just made it even more disappointing.

Having my dog groomed here resulted in him ending up with corneal abrasion sun both of his eyes. We had to take him to the vet where he was prescribed pain medication and antibiotic eye drops. Truly an awful experience, avoid this place at all costs.
