Another week, another fault found and rectified.
This junction box underneath the floor and old TRS cable (Tough Rubber Sheathed) were in desperate need of attention. Luckily the appropriate safety switch had tripped the power circuit altering the homeowner of an issue. New cable has been installed and the power restored within hours of being called out to the job.
