Best Septic company I've experienced. The pump truck driver is a huge reason as he is professional and thorough. He doesn't waste time yet if you have an issue of concern he his very pleasant in explaining how to correct the problem(s). They are very competitive in prices and are reliable in showing up for your scheduled date. Chris does what everyone wants, he treats you and your system as if he knows you and wants your system to work well and last long. The company shows care in taking care of customers the way they should. I believe they are a Christian based company in this respect as they treat you as you hope for and perhaps better than they should in some cases, lol. Give them a shot and you'll never want to try a different company.

October 28, 2025 ⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would — and I’d underline it in red ink. I am 76 years old, and I’ve lived long enough to know when I’m being swindled. This company — let’s call it “Shifty Services Inc.” — had the gall to offer me a senior discount, then conveniently “forgot” to apply it when the bill came. When I pointed it out, the clerk blinked at me like I was speaking Martian and mumbled something about “system limitations.” System limitations, my foot. To make matters worse, the quote they gave me over the phone was $89. When the job was done, the bill was $147. No explanation. No apology. Just a smug little smile and a swipe of the card reader. I may be old, but I’m not stupid — and I keep receipts. And don’t think I didn’t notice the way they were ogling my daughter while pretending to explain the charges. She’s a grown woman, not bait for your sleazy upsell tactics. I came for a service, not a sideshow. I needed to get it off my chest before I explode. If you’re reading this and considering doing business with Shifty Services Inc., do yourself a favor: run the other way. And if you work there — shame on you.
