Customer service is excellent nothing but good things to say the technician was great. I had pumping done in both tanks and an inspection. Everything went smooth signed a contract with them for inspections. Look forward to working with this company and definitely fair price and again A1 customer service.

I was having problems with the company I used before Helmer (won’t mention their name) . I called Helmer for a septic pump and they were here the next morning. With good looking equipment (quieter lol) and a familiar face that pumped for us years before. Dakota is great he came, knew where to go, pumped, and then came to see me for payment. The email updates and receipt is a great plus too. Very happy with this company and service and they for sure will have our business for years to come!

We had an after hours septic tank emergency on a Friday night. We called the Helmer office line and left a message regarding our emergency. We quickly received a confirmation text from Samantha and then Aaron, the owner, called us back within 20 minutes. Aaron arranged for a pump truck to be at our house first thing Saturday morning after consulting with us about the issue at hand and fully disclosed what the exact costs would be. The Helmer tech, Dakota, called us the next morning to let us know he was on the way and showed up exactly when expected. Dakota did an awesome job communicating his plan of attack and had everything on his pump truck that was needed to do the job right. He took the time think about the issue we were having and went above and beyond to find the exact cause of our partially blocked main line with a snake line camera which he was able to remove with suction and back flushing. The entire Helmer team couldn’t have been nicer to work with and has set the bar high with the level of service we received! Helmer Septic will definitely be our first and only call for our septic system needs going forward. Thank you!

They take the time to talk to me after service and let me know the condition of my pump and what my future schedule should look like.

Outstanding customer service from the moment I called to set up the appointment to the professional and courteous technician Dakota that performed the service on our septic. Dakota took the time to text me when he was arriving and then texted me his findings when he was finished with the service.
