I have a 25 year old Chaparral with twin inboard mercruisers. They run like a champ and I now have a fresh water rinse system for them. This is my goto mechanic now! I am so ecstatic that we now have a reliable traveling mechanic company that will come to your house and fix your boat. Best part, the mechanic Gary breaks everything down for you to explain it to a non-mechanic. Text message appointments reminders as well and they showed up as scheduled. Almost too good to be true, but it is!

We had a boat trailer hub go out at 10:00 on a Sunday morning. We called Helios and they were to us with parts in hand for the repair in about an hour. Repair was complete and we were back on the road by 12:30! Thank you Gary! Super professional and friendly service! Highly recommend!

Excellent service. We’re out of towners and my boat started acting up. It was running rough and had low top end. Called and left Bill a message and he promptly returned my call. He stated he had a mechanic that could look at it today. Less than an hour later, Gary had diagnosed and fixed my rough running engine. He ran diagnostics to be sure, all while I watched and waited. Extremely pleased, thanks to them, we may get one more day of fishing in, weather permitting.

We needed a new starter and couldn’t pull the boat out of the water. Called Helios and made an appointment and Gary came out in a few days to check on the problem. Scheduled a time and took care of the problem. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and look forward to calling for any other problems. It’s a boat we all know there will be more problems. I love my boat.

These guys came to the west end and picked up my boat to start! Who does that? Did a face to face and they fixed everything as quoted, and more. Text, pics, with constant updates. I mean constant! As a customer nobody likes electrical problems, no.1 for a screw job! Not with these guys, total honesty and professional. When you get serviced by the best why go anywhere else? Helios Performance Marine will be my go to boat therapist. Honest, trustworthy, reliable, on time, efficient and mobile. They have brought back good customer service in the boat repair industry. Bill and Gary are both easy to talk to and work with. Originally, I requested a quote for engine flush kits for my 2006 Searay 280 Sundancer (4.3 Mercruisers) however Gary conducting an engine check and found knocking on my port engine (provided video and potential issues). After further review, it was determined my oil viscosity was thin and draining out around my hydraulic lifters. Additionally, my port engine timing was off. Gary changed the oil and fixed the timing, saving me thousands down the road. Thank you Bill and Gary.

Love these guys! Had a breakdown on my center console in grand lagoon and I live in Dothan....so I did not know who to call. My neighbor told me about Helios, so I called on Fathers' Day weekend. Gary was so helpful. He and his crew got my boat to their shop and got it fixed in 1/2 day so my family and I could get back on the water. Highly recommend!!!

If anyone is looking to get their boat repaired and is in the panhandle or surrounding areas, these guys are absolutely the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with Gary is the owner He is very fair. He did not even charge me a dollar to look at my boat this morning at 7 AM when other boat places would have said, all kinds of things were wrong he did not. He fixed my boat with a couple of turns of a ranch and said go have fun bring it back in a week or two, and we will get the boat tuned up, but I was fine to use it for this weekend John is another gentleman that is over there with Gary and both of them communicate very well and you do not get the runaround and extremely fair with price
